England done well but let's face it the English will for some reason never be technically better than the likes of Croatia etc I think Pickford had more touches than Kane . grealish would of ran roit and Wiltshire wouldn't of gave a pass away fact. gibbs white will sort the next World Cup.

We have all enjoyed the unexpected World Cup run this time but let's face it, we shouldve had this sorted by half time and, if you have been watching England as long as me, its the same old story. A poor Croatia side, there for the taking, couldn't believe their luck ( not being 3 nil down at half time ) and what happened next was inevitable. We can't deal with it mentally and several players underperformed. Kane has been poor last 3 games. Henderson was shocking tonight. Alli hasn't been great all tournament and Sterling had enough chances but still looks lightweight and selfish and to be honest has had far too many chances. i'm afraid, as much as I've enjoyed the ride ( Pickford, Trippier, and Maquire have been superb) it was our best chance to get to the final and once more we have messed it up. We won't ever get a better chance.

My word what an expert in hindsight negativity you are. Yes losing in the semi was disappointing but a side that almost made it all the way don't deserve your rubbishing by you.

Tettenhall, your 100% correct, no achievement at all losin to Croatia. We've been lucky getting such a great draw to the semis. England failed end of! Bring on the Prem!

im sorry Garth this and that. again last we ended up with 3 strikers on . last game 3 again and b4 that 4 on the pitch. henderson and dye are crap full stop . no need to take young off for rose and Harry stops on all the time' he scores yes but come on off the ball not great. subs should be like for like unless you take a holding mf off for a more forward one like he should wirh henderson for cheek in my eyes.

Lost to a team from a country with a population 1m more than Wales which was only formed in 1991 - With our premier league players and 10,000 fans singing God save the Queen and Rule Britannia I would have thought it ever so slightly humiliating.
