So Laurie Daylrymple has stated that wolves have not to much more do in transfers incoming he said never say never but he's not saying there finished it just won't be a lot more from this so 1/ 2/ 3 more may come in, personally I'm not surprised by this they said they had a 10 year plan not a 5 year plan so there showing that they wanna do it slowly which in my opinion is the right way to do it IMO.

Here here👏👌.

Bit too slow for my liking no cover for Doherty, Boly or Neves we all saw what happened when any of these were missing last season. Also no proven goal scorer and a spend of 35 million is similar to the likes of Brighton and Huddersfield when they got promoted. A reality check I think.

I'm not too impressed if what Dalrymple has implied is true. To tackle the PL with last years squad, minus N'Diaye and Afobe, plus Patricio and Jiminez is risky IMO. Is it expected that Hause, Gibbs-Whyte and perhaps Mir will be stepping up to the plate?

Unlike huddersfeild and brighton we got premier league class players in at the start of last season jota boly neves. a proven goalscorer in the prem imo isn't going to happen as they are as common as rocking horse turds.
For the 1st time in my life I trust and put my faith in the owners board and manager. whatever happens in this transfer window we are going to have a good season. last season a good number of posters on here were adamant we would fail if we did not buy a top notch striker we didn't until afobe loan in january (and still a few not satisfied) and we won the league. I got faith in wolves to deliver this coming season no matter what.

I think survival is probable with the current squad.

Surely lookin better than just surviving?

the Players we got on loan last year was in the view they are already premiership quality I don’t think many could disagree. I am happy wolves have taken the opportunity to buy these players as they are only going to get better as a team they are only young. Look at what they did with nearly a whole pre season together. Nuno and his back room staff will make every player better this pre season it’s a ten year plan people calm down if we don’t make a 30 mil signing fwaw.

Didn’t see anywhere in dalrymple interview that’s we wouldn’t be signing anyone else he said we would be selecting the right kind of players Bit like last year.

Rich de Wolf, not all the loan players that we are Premiership class, Bonatini certainly doesn’t fit that description. The difference in the Premier League between being comfortable and struggling is normally down to a team’s ability to score goals. At the moment we are lacking a proven goal scorer, Jimenez and Bonatini are similar in style and neither has the greatest of goal scoring records. Jota was exceptional last season but can’t do it on his own. The strikers we are linked with such as Andre Silva, haven’t got the best record recently. I hope that there is a pleasant surprise waiting for us in the forthcoming weeks! Also we need creative cover for Neves, heaven forbid if he gets an injury.

Bonatini came to us last minute and hit the ground running then for what ever reason went off the boil I can only assume fitness as the difference in leagues. I bet you was one who was saying sign him up before Christmas. His link up play suits nuno’s way as does Jiminez not Afobe that is why is was sold. Jota benefitted grealtly from the hold up play bonatini provided unless I was watching different matches to you Paul c Northampton.

After all bonatini was not at Juventus because he was dhit.

05 Jul 2018 18:28:27
Time will tell, but for 6 months there was no end result from Bonatini and that was in the Championship, in my opinion that is exactly what he is, a Championship player. If you are happy with Championship players Rich de Wolf, maybe you should become a Baggie!

05 Jul 2018 18:29:52
Carefully chosen words by Mr D.

05 Jul 2018 18:51:31
Bonatini was great for 4 months in the Championship and didn’t score for 6 months. I have no doubt that Bonatini is a good player but Championship level only, we need better in the Premier League. Rich de Wolf if you are happy watching Championship football then you should join the Baggies. As for the Juventus reference, Robbie Savage was at Manchester United! Need I say anymore.

Bonatini is moving his family over now that he has a contract. He will be much happier - could work out well. Don’t he’s only 24.

Paulcnorthampton imo your thinking is wrong trust in nuno and the owners and on the level fans who are in dreamland of how our great club is being run.
