We didn't want him, stoke did but didn't want to pay 15mil, so we brought him for 10 mil and stoke brought him off us for 12 mil, everyone's a winner, not complicated just business.

Only reason its an intial 6 month loan is because a player cannot sign for 2 clubs in the same transfer window.

Afobe must have known what was planned from outset. Didn’t see any posts from him celebrating his return to Wolves two weeks ago. Has posted his pleasure at securing his move to Stoke. Doesn’t that smell of. complicity?
