Looks like we have activated deals for boly and afobe what's everyone think i'm happy with both boly was incredible and afobe didn't do to bad and he loves wolves and knows the style we play and will go out next season to prove himself again also I don't think its a bad idea because at the moment we don't really have a striker and if we do sign silva too than next season we will have our two number 9 strikers
We need.

Also want us to sign vinagre on loan again he has lots of potential maybe another RB and GK also another midfielder and should be it.

If true Bournemouth must be laughing there bits off, paying more than we sold him for to get back a failed Prem Striker! Bet they can't believe there luck! I suspect he has benefited from our lack of depth there, we need back up before we sign the first choice and probs see this as value option. Don't get it myself as I'm yet to see him have a good game in the Prem but let's hope he proves me wrong!

Ps- agree on Vinagre, kid looks to have REAL potential!

Happy with both, remember Afobe will only be second or third choice striker. Onwards and Upwards 👍.

As a squad player, I am happy with us re-signing Afobe. If he is more comfortable here, he may perform better than he did at Bournemouth. He is still quite youmg and will have a resale value. Boly, I am ecstatic about!

Well enough of us have said in the past in nuno we trust so, if Nuno thinks he can get the best out of benny well so be it . UTW.

So far so good but why no official word on Jota?

30 May 2018 16:41:35
Didn't Afobe want to leave Bournemouth due to lack of game time? If so, I can't see him signing for us only to be 2nd choice.

Glad to see Afobe signed, wasn’t used or treated right by Bournemouth, was under immense pressure to prove himself to best part of 30,000 everytime he stepped out at Molineux, coming in halfway through the season couldn’t have been easy - most of us watching couldn’t believe what we were seeing, poor lads head must’ve been spinning, seeing the ball whizzing round the pitch and trying to be in the right place to get on the end of it. After a good pre-season with Rúben, Cav, Helda, Diogo and co. think it will be Bournemouth’s loss as he’ll score more than anyone they have. If he’s good enough for Nuno he’ll do for me!

Derby, I think the terms and fee have been agreed for Jota but won't be official until July 1st as per the agreement of loan deal.

Thanks Jas he is ore important than Afobe with the greatest of respect to Afobe.

Why loan Vinagre again. Shouldn't we buy him?

31 May 2018 00:15:22
Yeah Covens right, didn't read properly but no point in getting Vinagre on loan again we need to buy him or move on. Personally I hope we buy him but no point in investing time in youth (well more than a season anyway) if they ain't your players!

31 May 2018 00:28:37
Jas- Maybe but at Bournemouth he's currently 4th choice (King, Wilson and Defoe) so I suppose in the grand scheme of things for a team that plays one up top then second choice isn't a bad place to be. Also I didn't realise before he came back but apparently Doherty is a one of his besties so suppose that helps swing it.

Doh. Timmys right even sorry guys I'm all over the shop tonight! ;-P.

1 massive plus to re-sign Afobe is that he ticks the homegrown box! And not a bad backup!
