Free man in the back three, is a really key position in the way NES sets up his team. Coady has filled the position brilliantly and been given a lot of game time pre-season and in the season to date, in order to grow into the position. Who else, other than Saiss could play that role? Saiss has been pivotal to our success to date playing as one of the two defensive Central midfielders so would not particularly want to move him. likely to be a completely different starting eleven against Bristol Rovers, so will be interesting to see who is given that role. Any suggestions?

Probably Ryan Bennett.

I actually think we will be better away from home all season, we are excellent at hitting teams on the break with the likes of cav Jota Costa etc, and a quick passing game. at home teams will come to frustrate us like Millwall, in fact even Bristol rovers may be tricky, I wood like to see botatini play ins front two now and again to give us that other option.

Completely new starting 11 against Rovers expect Bright Price Zyro Bennett MGW Norris Marshall Ronan to feature.

MGW injured I think. Not even sure we have 22 fit players, or rather 20 fit outfield players. Deslandes will probably play and likely Wilson will be on the bench at least. Might even start up front, as we don't have a lot of choice outside of our stars.

On the basis of a 11-player rotation, which Nuno has done for previous cup matches,

Norris
? Bennett Deslandes
Ronan Price N'Diaye Marshall
Bright Wilson Zyro

? = Hause or Douglas if fit, otherwise someone playing out of position.

I wonder if we'll see Batth moved back into the cup team. Needs someone to hold it together, and looking at that list I'm not inspired. Price, I guess, odd though it appears. Or Bennett maybe.

Me again.

E&S predicting similar to me, but with Coady in the back 3 and Doc instead of N'Diaye. I'm sticking with N'Diaye and not sure Nuno will risk Coady in a cup match like this. On the other hand, the team does need a leader, and if not Coady then Batth.

Will know in a couple of hours.

So it's Coady AND Batth!
But no Bennett - perhaps he'll feature in the next league match.

Also Rasmussen, whoever he is, rather than Donovan Wilson.

Looking especially at Zyro and to a lesser extent Price for some game-changing play here.
