I think that Fosun will take their time and look at the level of investment they need to make and the type of manager that will attract players.
I think you will see Thelwell go as part of this process. They probably realise they need to spend 50 million to get into the premier league.
All the moaninh about Fosun is beyond me, they are a massive business beyond our imagination. They will be looking how to deal with Financial Fair play as well as the inability of the club to attract more fans to home games.

They have a different culture than we do and we should respect that.
The home form will have disappointed them as these were games fed back to China and some where awful. We need to be entertained at home not bored.
They will be aiming for top 8 of the premier league and that will involve £ 250 million from where we are.
Paul lambert is a nice guy and passionate but he will never attract the type of players we need.
I think the role of Butti last year was more involved than Mendes.
We will have really exciting times once they have got the structure right, remember the president of China is encouraging investment in Football so its important to Fosun.

I can agree with a lot of that.
They talked of a three year project. They had next to zero experience or exposure to the sport or league before this term and they will have learnt an awful lot from the past 12 months.
My guess is that next year will be yet another stepping stone, a clear out and restructure followed by a half decent year. Then a huge effort the following year. That's four transfer windows before promotion, a chance to play within FFP regs and a chance to bed down.
As I say, 'my guess' but anything could happen in the next two weeks!
