Need that type Oxley. A cloned Mike Bailey would be perfect. Barton has baggage and could be disruptive.

Maybe but baggage can be lightened if packed and managed correctly plus form is temporary class is permanent.
We desperately need a LEADER by example on the pitch Batth is not the answer he was a much better player with the burden of Captaincy.
