Be good to get another win. That would send out a loud and clear message to all the doubters that we are on the right track, moving out of the dark and into the light! Bit dramatic but you'll understand the gist! It's going to take time to get the blend right and team to gel. The win was a great boost. Let there be many more. 😀.

Danny Batth looks much better player without Stearman in tow. Need to stick to young guns in defence. Only way they will get experience necessary to improve. No coincidence that defence looked poorest against Burton and Barnsley. Footballing reason that Stearman was let go was same one that meant he played less than half Fulham's games last year and none this season - always out of position and having to make rash challenges. Can't believe so many supporters were celebrating his return. Is it a January loan or full season?

Stearman gave us much-needed experience at the back and was a much improved player under Jackett compared with Mick and his brief successors, with two good seasons, perhaps three. Remember he was loaned out by Deano - although that probably says more about Deano than Stearman.
Right now, I'm pretty sure he isn't promotion material, unless his game improves. But as we're struggling for CBs I can see him playing a part this season, especially if Williamson's injury goes on for much longer.
