Paul Cook re Brighton's Bruisers.
They did have 4 players in starting line up against Villa under 6'. They also had Sidwell, Murray, Tomori and Pocognoli at 6', Stephens at 6'1,Stockdale 6'3 and Dunk at 6'4.They've always had bruisers eg Zamora.

Wolves Coast you asked who Lambo was saying had more resources than us and who finished below us. The only ones he could have meant were QPR and Bristol City looking at the final table. Maybe he meant in terms of ready cash at their disposal? You were asking who Lambo meant and I was just trying to see who he could be referring to. Could'nt have meant Rotherham, Wigan etc.

Dot Cotton; Yes indeed Lambo was a winner as a player, winning the Scottish cup with St Mirren and the CL with Dortmund along with honours with Celtic in the pub league. If being a winner as a player makes you a good manager then there are many candidates out there better qualified.
I want Lambo to succeed and it would be great to see a team of our acadamy kids run away with the league playing Barcelona type football with the stadium bursting at the seams. You're right. I'll stop moaning and keep dreaming.
