Jordan Allan will be a good signing if the rumoured overhaul of Youth and Development coaching staff happens. Too many promising and even apparently exceptional youngsters have failed to develop into first team regulars. We now have as good a crop of young players as we have ever had and looks as though youth development is a priority for Jackett and Thelwell.

In past whenever I have watched development side or U18 team commentary always referred to us as big physical side. First team no longer based on that and Kenny obviously wants a passing game to be inducted into youngster right through youth ranks. Need new head coaches to lead this as is not what has been happening in past

Any news on this front? All seems to have gone quiet or did I miss something regarding Halsall and Weaver
