i think the post about a ceo and the names he put forward grahame taylor would be a very good shout he managed wolves and was very unfairly sacked sir jack saying the biggest mistake in football he made. so he knows wolves, done the job at watford, very intellegent and would say it as he sees it there would be no lies with him. if you think this is a good idea say so at the leeds match?

Why do people believe that Taylor would want to come here?

Try him. yes. The man was given a bad deal by Wolves who at the time if I remember correctly was run by Sir Jack's lazy fun loving son.

Surely sacking Dave Jones when we were only mid table after being relegated was his biggest mistake.

Look how much time people are being given to turn it around now.

I believe that if Jones was still in charge we'd still be in the Prem

Would this be the same Taylor that was sacked due to fan pressure!? Why would be come back? Think before posting!

Ooh early bird bargains - roll up, roll up! Really tempted now they're paying the admin cost - that was a real deal clincher mr moxey. Thank you sir, thank you so very flamin much for absolutely everything you have managed to cock up in the last 12 months. How is giving me £6 going to go anywhere near putting that right?

Is this man for real. get a football man in like now. taylor pleat souness Wilkins Keane ince Rae don't care who it is justnget sum body in.

Yeah, I'm sure ince and keane would have been able to get 27 mill for fletcher and Jarvis
Mike

Just what we want, an ill-educated footballer running the business side of the club!. stop blaming Moxey for everything!. just as he said in the article, it's the players who are to blame!

You have upped the figure a bit there Mike.
Moxey is poison and however much he did get for them makes no odds because it hasn't been properly re invested and we suffer because of this.
GET MOXEY OUT.

After reading all the bellyaching in the E&S by Moxey, surely after reading it Morgans got to see he's not up to it or he's gone stale (no pun intended). Change is required!

07 Feb 2013 19:49:46
give it a rest with the Moxey-bashing!. you'd never believe a word he said even if he told you the sky is blue or that water is wet!

It is the players that cross the line of battle = about time they performed and earnt their very high wages

07 Feb 2013 13:56:46
Jez Moxey - “The fans don’t think we’ve spent enough, I know that, ” he said. “But we will have the second or third highest wage bill in the Championship. "

Well he's had plenty of time to do something about that. Blaming everyone but himself, usually a sign that someone is on the defensive.

Am I imagining things, but didn't all the players take a substantial pay cut following relegation? Who allowed Mick to sign so many mediocre players, just in case one turned out to be a "gem" (to quote Mick)? The bloke is incompetent and should be sacked. His penny pinching ensured relegation, now he doesn't know how to balance the books because he's lost he TV money. He makes my blood boil.

Who offered these mediocre players that mccarthy signed a 4 or 5 year contract on big money
This person should be sacked for that alone

He 'let' mick sign them cause mick wanted to sign them. Mick identified targets, he signed them. That's his job. Fair enough point about the long contracts tho. Mike

Moxey's been at it again - "this season will not creat a situation where we are knocked off course from our medium to long-term objectives" Objective 1 was to re-establish Wolves back in the Prem.

When McCarthy took over at Ipswich, Wolves were 8th and they were rock bottom. So its good to know the 2 Ms have a plan. Otherwise it would be easy to imagine they don't know what they are doing!

Right with the loan window open, where are the players coming from?

I know all this negative post and feeling it not good, but its understandable. Look what has happened and what is happening. The club (board, players and manager) need to show in the leeds game they are ready for the fight. At the moment I don't think they are!

I disagree with your comment because 2nd half agst foxes was the best we've played all season the only downside was ward again and foley giving stupid goals away sooner deano can replace these players who week in and week out at back keep giving goals away the better

Tamworth Telford Tipton town probably
If its left up to moxey

Ed who do you think wolves will bring in on loan if any {Ed011's Note - It sounds like we will get at least one person, or at least we'll get another

"Sorry, we tried to bring someone in but unfortunately there were just no deals suitable for us. However we believe we have the squad available to achieve our goals this season, then in the summer we will continue to push on and add to the team as we are still strongly committed to spending to improve the team to push on to try to achieve promotion as soon as possible."

See I could definitely do Moxey's job. Just keep trying to keep everyone calm while getting nothing from Morgan to give to the manager and then sitting back on my extra-large pay package.

E & S Moxey reducing season tickets down to £15 a game for next season! See even Big Jez thinks we are going down. Its a shame he isn't going!

Desperate for cash, is how I read it.

How much did we get for being bottom of the epl nearly £40 million & thgats without the parachute money.

GET it RIGHT. Tickets will start from £15.

Read the minutes at fans parliament, what a disgrace, you can stick your early bird up your john paskin, sth 28yrs, lc

The best way to fill ground moxey in fact the only way actualy is drop prices to the value of entertainment the fans have been watching all season then it will be like playing with extra man with ground full problem sorted

I agree with the second post but how much do you think they'll be able to pay us for that to happen?

07 Feb 2013 00:29:04
Mulgrew and Vokes. 'nuff said how many more good promising players will we let slip away. get a f****ng grip Morgan

Not Morgan. think you might find those decisions were down to McCarthy. wouldn't know a footballer if it sat on his head.

Mulgrew and vokes are useless unless you haven't noticed mulgrew plays league 1 football at best he was useless and vokes well what can I say couldn't hit a barn yard door

Can you honestly say you rated mulgrew when he was with us?

Mulgrew wasn't great (would've got flack here) and Vokes never got a game behind Fletch, Doyle and SEB in the pecking order.

Keogh was in the Rep Ireland side too, as was Ward and Doyle who many here would seem to want to leave. Ditto Berra for Scotland.

Are you saying that Scotland and Ireland are worse than Wolves or that the players don't play as well at Wolves as they do for their countries?
