What the hell is going on with Steven Mouyokolo? Is he anywhere near first team contention?

He was supposed to be the missing link two years ago and we havent even had a handful of games out of him. {Ed003's Note - He went out on loan in France. I actually met him last year but didn't realise until afterwards..damn}

He is fit but i dont see him getting a chance now johnson and margaritta are first team..
may have chance to get on the bench / i personally like him he is a great defender , such a waste...

I dont hink he is fit yet. Foley played in the behind closed doors match the other day and if Moyo had been fit I am sure would have featured in that.

Hate to say this guys, and im playing devil advocat right now but....

... If you were Morgan, with no real love for the club and running it like a business, then having 20 million sitting in the bank earning interest untill December at the very least isnt a bad thing, it pays for wages and leaves all of his own personal money to build the stadium of HIS dreams and add more value on to his tenner spent.

And having Moxey to take all the flack for it and speil all this bull to thw wolves fans is even better for him, why would he get rid of that. Moxey is Morgans dream managing director and wolves fans nightmare.

Mills wolf

Codswallop.

Wolfies left foot.

I've seen some drivel put on here, but that gets the gold star!

God shut up about morgan n moxey jeez jelious or what morgan paid a tenner yes n pumped in 56mill in transfers 49 for mick n 7 for stale a new training ground a new stand so how does he not care about the club?

if he didnt care
1 he wouldnt of brought us
2 he would not pump a lot of money in to the club
3 he would of sold us by now

he's trying to do it the right way by not getting us in debt n who you want to spend 20 mill on who is real quaily n that would come to us n be realistic im glad your nt running us we wouldnt have a club to support

I just don't understand some Wolves fans. Cast your mind back to the early 80's! Maybe you would prefer an Indian Chicken Farmer to take over the club.

Moxey is not there to please the fans. The CEO is there to manage the assets of the owner and like it or not he does a good job.

Morgan is also doing a good job. He's made a significant amount of money available to SS, has put in place a long term plan for the stadium and the development of young players.

The club are in a far better position on and off the playing field compared to before Morgan and Moxey arrived.

If you honestly think that Morgan has £20m in his account following the sales of Jarivs and Fletcher you're kidding yourself. There are so many add ons and staged payments in modern transfers that I dare say we've only received a fraction of the transfer fees agreed.

Drivel.....

Read the replies and take note, the majority of wolves fans don't have a problem with the two m's, it's just those that do are much more vocal than the satisfied majority, don't write stupid statement such as wolves fans nightmare coz he ain't mine and never will be.
You call yourself a die hard wolves fan but considering our history over the last 30 years you actually want the club to put itself at risk of going under like it nearly did before.
Get a grip mate, everyone is sick and tired of your constant moxey/ Morgan bashing

God you are such a thick bunch of knuckle draggers aint ya ?

Do any of you know what Devil's Advocat means ?

In other words seeing it from the other side of the arguement it even say's "hate to say it"

My stupid statements ? what about yours...

"everyone is sick and tired of your contant moxey bashing"

So now YOUR speaking for everyone are ya ? dimwit.

Do i want to put the club at risk of going under ? NO, stupid question, but there is a happy medium.

Do i think morgans got 20 million is the bank account, yeah actually, when put with sky payments of 3 years, parachute payments and player sales, of course he has you fool !!

Look you keep your rose tinted specs of when it come to Wolves, i'll tell it like it is.

I love the club but dont like the way its run from a supporters side, yeah if you look at it from a business side yeah its run well, but NEWSFLASH its a FOOTBALL club.

"I love the club but dont like the way its run from a supporters side, yeah if you look at it from a business side yeah its run well, but NEWSFLASH its a FOOTBALL club"

Try telling that to Rangers and Portsmouth fans.

It's a business, like it or not.

Not the Rangers and Pompey one again. Better not cross the road tomorrow in case i get run over.

Agree why keep refering to two clubs out of 100's ?

For the two clubs you've mentioned there also others like leed's cardiff, coventry, Vale who have also gone into Admin yet survived and leeds/cardiff on the up.

"better not get out of bed today cos i might hurt myself"

So, Mills wolf, are you saying that you would prefer Wolves to spend money they have not got an a gamble that they might improve the team? You would be happy, that if the gamble does not pay off, for the club to go into administration? Would you be happy knowing that some of the debt of administration would be passed on to local businesses and trademen?

When you actually think about it we didnt get 20m+ for jarvis and fletcher. Fletcher went for 12m rising to 14m. burnly get 15% of that so sold for 12m, so burnly get 1.8m. then take into account the tax that needs to be paid we actually get less than 10m for fletcher. same with jarvis, sold for 10.75m, 15% to Gillingham means they get 1.6m. Take away tax its less.

Consider that then consider the money spent on players. the prices stated for the players we have brought don't include singing on fees, agent fees etc so in reality we have spent more than what people think and received less than what people think.

Now consider this. Morgan is a businessman and he wouldn't want any of his business turning a loss. Last time we were in the championship we turned a loss but when in the premier league we made a profit. So the best way for morgan to make money is to make his business return a profit and the way to do that with wolves is to be in the premier league. So to those saying he doesn't care, he clearly must otherwise what does he get out of it. nothing

Quote the right figures, its a percentage of the profit made on the player NOT the transfer price, so thats one million more we got to bank

Its not that he doesnt care, cors he does, its just that his ambitions for the club (business) and the fans ambitions for the club are miles apart.

They shouldn't pay too much tax on sale of players as the building costs of the stadium will be set against the profit on all income. In a limited company, losses from previous years can be set against future profits as well.

Morgan is setting foundations for sustainable success.. Ground, academy, etc.. Moxey is ensuring business is running allowing Morgans vision to become reality.. Solbakken is working within the resources set looking at fresh talent (youthful) and not the usual lower league stalwarts.. Correct me if I am wrong but this gives foundations for a sustainable business model and a successful one at that.. The saying 'live within your resources' comes to mind.. If anyone of the 'moaners' can honestly say that they have a better CV than Morgan in running business with the financing required get involved.. otherwise who cares how you would do things cos its not your bank account that is financing it.. In time those businesses run within their means will be the successful clubs.. Sugar daddies are great for now but not for the long run (they go and they are worse off than when they started). Yes Sir Jack did not financing millions of investment in Dave Jones regime but what about Taylor, McGhee, etc. Sir Jack is to be thanked and when it emerged he could not satisfy the fans he sold the club to someone who has greater source of finance to call on.. Come on get behind them and we will succeed.. Those who will walk away and follow another team you are not Wolves fans.. I suggest you all leave and never come back you are not welcome at the Molineux.. This is for the true fans those who follow through thick or thin.. End of rant

I am wolves till i die were is the passion from morgan you his pr man what goods the ground state of the art if we are playing like this being run like this why can other clubs invest more pay more seem to be moveing forwards more can you not tell me new manager is not a cheap fix {Ed011's Note - I don't think it's fair to say Solbakken is a quick fix, he's a really different move to what we're used to. They've sacked Connor because SS asked them to, a guy who has been at the club for 13 years. We've signed some top quality from across Europe and will continue doing so.

To be honest, although i have alot of issues with Morgan & Moxey, they could be alot worse.

The fans called for Mick head - got what they asked for

Then they called for Terry to be replaced - got what we asked for

Then we asked for change of direction - got what we asked for

Then we wanted Terry gone altogether - got what we asked for

Morgan has took a massive gamble this season that will either pay off in the long run or bomb so fast we'll end up in league one.

Either ways its happend now, we just have to grab a ticket and get on the rollercoaster.

***WARNING***
Not for the faint hearted !

Getting bored with all these 'we need defenders' comments.
Get behind the team and support them! {Ed011's Note - They're still true though.

Don't get me wrong Ed, I agree with them but what good will come from going on about it on here. We may as well just suck it up and get behind the team. The negative effect will be no good for the team, therefore no good for the players on the pitch

Fans have every right to comment on the team. We cheer goals, great saves, great victories etc. So why can't we show our dislike at what we see that's wrong?

You dont praise ur kid when they have done something wrong so why should footballers get away with it

I wanna make one thing clear before my post I didn't watch the derby game so I can't comment n yes they should of scored in the 93rd min but it was a corner n anything can happen from them let's look at some other teams that have done that
man utd at the weekend n in 99 for the champions league
Man city last season to win the league
Wolves last season vs swansea also leicester n Leeds
Man city nearly scored with the last kick of the match vs sporting joe hart header got tipped

My point is while we got battered we must of defended well for em not to score more n they should of scored more if we defended as bad as some people make out anything can happen on set plays

Yes what he said
