Personally, I would start with Afobe in goal, Ikeme and Martinez up front to give us two big target men. Price, Golbourne, Byrne and ALF to give us a height option at the back, put the midfielders on the wing and the wingers in midfield. I would bring Doherty on in the 2nd half regardless of the score and play him where the hell I like! This is not just fantasy by the way, I have access to Kenny's tactics/team sheet. I know you don't believe it - but there really is a tactics/team sheet!
Three points needed KJ please don't blow it with your crazy decisions. We have a half decent team if used properly.

Haha EJ it feels like that sometimes why stop there I would appoint Moxey as physio and Michael McIndoe as chief exec!
