We signed a number 10 expecting to sign a number 9 afterwards to me it's basic management skills our priority was a goal machine then if possible then you buy the number 10 if not we would have players to cover that position it's like buying pots and pans getting home with no cooker to put them on so simple instead now have a player up top who's scored 3 goals in 10 years And our number 10 who cost 3 mil and scored on debut on the bench so simple times up the wolves will soon be backed into a corner.

We had a goal machine, probably the best striker in the league, but Jackett insisted on playing him up top on his own, feeding him scraps. Why, given his proven scoring record and clear ability would you not play to your strengths and put two up top, getting some quality service into Afobe from the midfield instead of just punting it up the park?
The football has been rubbish all season, a big hoof up the park from Ikeme and then the ball just come straight back at us. K Mac plays much better with Price, that's clear to nearly everyone except Jackett, I honestly wonder what he watches week in week out?
Like I said before, but for some really lucky points over Christmas/ New Year when we were woeful but somehow managed to scrape through games we should have lost, we'd be staring relegation in the face again.
Things I don't understand. Why doesn't K Mac push forward any more, he's got a quality strike and can beat a man with ease, never does now, probably due to the Edwards effect. Why doesn't James Henry play on the left and cut inside to get a strike on goal away? Quality right boot but always stuck out on the right wing by the corner flag.
It's woeful, the Baggies fans are all moaning about the quality of football under Pulis, ours is much, much worse.

Your right most teams I see have players that can score from outside the box we have as well but all players are put in the wrong position s jackett has to go it's up to us when we're losing I . The next game after he has started le fondre up top and price on the wing and ikeme right back to sing your getting sacked in the morning simple as that.

I've said it before and probably will again but KJ is a lower level Championship manager. In just the same way that MMc couldn't keep a team in the Premiership. Managerial quality has been demonstrated by Ranieri at Leicester. If the club decides upon a mediocre manager it will get mediocre performance. the manager finds his level and KJ has his. WW need a new regime, clear out the ownership, the directorship and the manager. Show ambition and restore this great club to it's past glories. However it starts from the top so sell Morgan because you can't cut it and get out Moxey because you ain't a football man.

It's all very well saying, "I wish we could do a Leicester". It would be incredible and take nothing away from the immense season Leicester have had. But remember - for several seasons, Leicester were the laughing stock of the Championship. I don't speak directly to you wolabby but most people on here are saying similar. Yet Leicester spent £20m in a single window. Combine this with big money to attract the highly-regarded Paula Saousa and of course Sven Goran-Eriksson. That clearly didn't work. Indeed it was a reliable if completely bonkers old head in Pearson that got them up. Such strategy was scrapped, in favour of finding lower league and obscure gems - Vardy, Schemichel, Morgan and Mahrez but to name a few.
Our approach is not a million miles away. That's why for some time I've grown fond of the idea of Ostrich head taking over us. He's proven he can work such a style. Despite Kenny's past success with us, it's very clear we've become stagnated. Thought, foolishly, even without Sako, Dicko and Afobe would fire us back to the Prem. Oh well, Rome wasn't built in a day!

The mason signing can only have been made with a target man in mind, when that didn't happen it was a pointless signing.

It's a no brainier, he's been shafted.
If they won't give him the tools, he will try to re- invent, change shapes, formations.
I coached at a good standard, but when the butchers, bakers and candlestick makers smell the money you can re-invent, but it takes a lot of time effort and soul searching.
Clubs a joke, it ain't his fault.

Realist he's doing so poorly purposely? Come on! Is he a relative of yours? Just admit we need him changing now! He can't even motivate let alone select a team and tactics! Get Pearson Monk or Cooky in and I'd bet they'd get more out of this squad than JACKETT.

I went to Burton Albion, I'd advise others to do the same.
Saville has never been any good, when I've watched him play he looks like he's playing in his own team and nit with 10 others.
Price on the bench is a comedy, he's not getting regular football which is bad for him too. I hope someone comes along and wants to buy him, feel really sorry for the guy. He's done nothing wrong but can't get in the team as the manager hasn't a clue, it must be devastating for him.
Jackett is a joke, the club is a joke. Vote on your feet and just don't go.

That game had 0-0 written all over it.
Jackett as I've stated is a rabbit in the headlights.
He is a decent guy,
but guys, with the bad luck he's had with injuries and the way the board have treated him, come on, cut him some slack.
He needed help, he didn't get it.
Dicko and Afobe were scary.
To replace Dicko would have cost millions.
Once we didn't Afobe was a gonner.
Not Jacketts fault.
And listen and listen good, as a club we are a complete shambles, I for one don't want Jackett out.
He's a decent, honest, loyal guy. who we going to get Connor/ Saunders.

He may be a decent loyal guy but he isn't a good manager, he puts the team out there and chooses the tactics! He is a mediocre mid championship manager and that is where we are! We need better or were stuck in this division for the foreseeable! Tony Pullis would tell us where to get off! We should of been lookin at his calibre when we were in the Prem and sacked McCarthy we may well of still been there!

He can't even put Price alongside Mac which the majority of fans can see is the best combination! Now that's nothin to do with Thellwell Moxey or Morgan that's JACKETTS decision.

Thats one of the main problems! Lookin at the past and not present and future? He's had 30 games this season and imo we've gone backwards! His team selections and decision makin on the sidelines have been woeful! Managers r paid decent money to deliver and he hasn't! As for last season? Look at Blues. chairman is in jail. small crowds. yet they have a mananger who knows his best team. best formation. can change a game. not got a lot of money to spend.
Look at Bolton. bottom of the league. players not getting paid yet they play us of the park whilst we play 451 at home. the man is an utter joke.
its a crime to keep Jack Price on the bench and play Coady who clearly cannot play alongside K Mac. the Carl Ikeme debacle was ridiculous and nearly destroyed his confidence. Jackett has lost us more games than he has won us this season. you can only blame the board to an extent. but we have a squad that is capable of a lot more than what Jackett is getting out of them. he has to go its as simple as that.

For a fellow called The Realist, you expect Tony Pulis to arrive at the Mol?! Wishful thinking pal! Someone like Nigel Pearson or a promising lower league manager like Phil Parkinson or Justin Edinbrough would be our best option if Kenny were to be dismissed. Even at that, they've got a mixed record; JFH has hardly set QPR alight despite doing so well at Burton - it's a very different ball game.

moxey thelwell and jackett need to be sacked asap, as long as those three are in their positions we will go knowhere and morgan will struggle to sell.

Couldn't agree more - just plain lunacy. How's that for building up confidence? Also, Sigurdarson on his own up front in a 4-5-1 formation. DEAR GOD! People are far too fast to slate young Saville (who I think has always done quite well for us) . The other issue is one that should be addressed much faster.
