05 Jul 2016 21:36:46
Just been to Mcdonald in Queen Square. Saw a lorry unloading boxes of old gold and black maracas and sombreros.

06 Jul 2016 07:27:35
Why would we being having a shipment of Mexican hats?

06 Jul 2016 09:28:52
Yer not sure what mexican hats and maracas have to do with a chinese take over? 😳.

06 Jul 2016 09:28:52
Yer not sure what mexican hats and maracas have to do with a chinese take over? 😳.

05 Jul 2016 21:19:49
just wondering how many former sth may renew when the new owners takeover?

05 Jul 2016 22:13:05
I'd imagine quite a lot! Plus a lot of fans who wouldn't ordinarily while in the Championship. I'd get one but I live too far. However, I wasn't enthusiastic about attending any games this season if things didn't change, so there will also be a rise in travelling Wolves fans I would imagine. I still won't buy that shirt until The Money Shop is off it though.

05 Jul 2016 21:07:51
There more ifs. What players would you keep. And work round.
Chicken balls vs meat pie.

The wolf will howl when this deal done.

05 Jul 2016 21:15:13
Keep Ikeme, Hause, Williamson, Doherty, Iorfa, Price, Saville, Zyro, Graham, Price, Edwards and Dicko. possibly Batth and Wallace. Everyone else can go including KMAC, Evans, Byrne and Coady. Not sure about Mason as we can't judge him yet as he hasn't played enough.

05 Jul 2016 21:16:08
Ikeme, Iorfa, Macdonald, Dicko and Graham. The rest can go for me.

05 Jul 2016 21:20:32
I know the catering manager at Molineux. He has confirmed it will be paella instead of pies and sangria to replace carling at half time next season.

05 Jul 2016 22:14:43
I would keep Ikeme, Iorfa, Batth, Hause, Williamson, Price, Graham, Edwards, Dicko - however, most of those would be on the bench!

05 Jul 2016 19:51:29
Been reading on here for a while, think we have Leicester to thank a little for this deal hopefully coming off, - Championship a couple of years ago, big in Asia, and now the big bucks for them. How would you guys feel about potentially a change in ground name? It's a real possibility, also who knows he may want to do a Vincent Tan and change our kit! Hardly worked for Cardiff that. Just saying this guy is a businessman and I think we'll see changes, for the best of the club I'm sure but could put some traditionalists noses out of joint. Exciting times fingers crossed.

05 Jul 2016 20:05:37
Sometimes you have to move with the times and move forward, wolves will always be in my blood, you will NEVER loose its history or the passion of the fans, wolves could, and I hope become one of the biggest clubs in Europe again, so if we have to move forward to do this, so be it, but gold and black will always run through our veins, bring on the new wolves, but never forget the old, it's our passion.

05 Jul 2016 20:19:45
I think West Midlands clubs are going to have a big say in the prem in the next two or three years, I believe there will be big news on the Albion soon, welcome news for all West Midlands teams, and about time too, no negativity please.

Stop a second type robin li in Wikipedia πŸ‘πŸ».

05 Jul 2016 19:40:11
What are we looking for?

05 Jul 2016 19:54:06
I already have, what are we supposed to be looking for?

05 Jul 2016 19:32:32
When Robin Li met Jez Moxey.

Family Guy Millions of Dongs
youtu.be/VW5uJ9NtOtA

05 Jul 2016 18:58:22
If robin li has bought AC Milan what loyalties would he show to us? Would he invest heavily and aim to get us in the big time or would we just become a feeder club to a bigger outfit?

05 Jul 2016 16:29:21
If the consortium is between us and AC Milan, then expect us to sign a few of their young talents on loan. Similar thing happened to watford and that's how the likes of Vydra earnt their name.

05 Jul 2016 16:59:12
Nigel Pearson has just been interviewed on Sky Sports 16:50, saying he wants the Leicester u19's coach that we are being linked with, seems strange he came out and said it with all the talk that we've Got him.
Wolves, hurry up and tell us one way or another what's going on.

05 Jul 2016 16:22:32
ITK posters I am confused. Is it a consortium with robin li in or a solo but from robin li.

05 Jul 2016 16:46:25
I doubt anyone on here could give us an honest answer, we just have to hang on and see what comes out of all this.

05 Jul 2016 14:18:17
Lots of rumours flying around at the moment. But I'm going to jump the gun anyway. If robin li has taken over ac Milan too. Does this then mean that wolves would not be allowed to compete against ac Milan in Europe? I heard that it's against Fifa and uefa rules for two teams with the same owner to compete. This would then surely mean that we would become ac milans feeder team?

05 Jul 2016 14:26:46
Worry about that if we get to that level.

05 Jul 2016 14:35:57
You won't have to worry because its not going to happen. Then we will have a manager that won't want to be there no new signings and a definite relegation battle on. because wem cack ay we.

05 Jul 2016 14:55:44
Staffswolf, lol yo ay half funny!
I reckon yo'm a baggies fan in disguise!

05 Jul 2016 15:01:35
Tdw what planet you on?
Is that all you can think about?

05 Jul 2016 15:12:04
Excuse me? . The planet where the sun doesn't shine out of everyone's backside. The planet where you don't see billion dollar buyer in the headlines then wet your little pants. You have to take the Rosie's off son! If mr li has bought Milan what does he want with a club like wolves a club not even half the size. Is that a sufficient enough answer for you mr derbywolf?

05 Jul 2016 15:26:57
StaffsWolf I love it!
Failure of the highest order the pubs will make a packet with wolves fans drowning their sorrows
Going to go buy a chain of bars in wolvo and make a packet
Thanks staffs for the tip.

05 Jul 2016 15:42:46
Karlis i'm as far from them in tesco bags as you can be just a realist. This is a no go and even if it does happen who says he's going to plough millions in? Just because he's got some coin doesn't mean he wants to spend it all. Plus nobody really knows if its ding lei rob li or chun li so I can't see why so many people are raving about something that's not going to happen by the phantom rich chinese man πŸ˜€.

05 Jul 2016 15:52:25
Staffswolf, you're a pessimist. You're already making assumptions of Mr Li's intentions even trough all evidence so far has suggested he's willing to invest. Sky News falsely reported it as being Ding Lei because of the rumours that circulated around Christmas time.

05 Jul 2016 16:53:22
TDW you just carry on wondering about nothing. Who cars if we can play Milan at this point in time?

05 Jul 2016 17:20:22
What a lovely problem, we won't be able to draw AC Milan in the Champions league πŸ˜ƒ.

05 Jul 2016 18:30:15
It's not wondering though is it the rules state that it's not allowed. If li owns Milan and he owns wolves that means we won't ever be more than a mid table prem club. Because Europe would most likely be a conflict of interests with Milan. If the deal goes through he will have to either find a way around it or we will become a feeder club to Milan. Simple as that, no wondering about it. Now can you comprehend that?

05 Jul 2016 19:41:37
If he's an investor as part of a consortium in either both or one, then I think that's how you get around it. Only like floating clubs and me buying shares in more than one club across UEFA (different if FA only) . As long as I don't own 50% of the shares in both clubs or have a controlling say in hiring and firing of the majority of directorys in both clubs, then I believe its ok. So the devil is in the detail.

05 Jul 2016 14:02:27
If Robin Li is buying wolves, it is a pretty good prospect for himself and us fans.

I beleive we don't have any debt, we have the stadium (sort of) , the acadamy, the whole infulstructure, its ready for the premier league - all for about 30million.
Just think a small investment into playing staff/ coaches and we could be in back in the big league. What is it now around 100million for getting promotion! It business it makes sense, and we'll be a whole lot cheaper than buying a premier league club. Fingers crossed this all comes off, we've been a in the shadows on sandwell town too long.

Wolves Ay We.

05 Jul 2016 15:11:24
We not in shadows mate we always outshine em just. Been poorly managed for few yrs but going blow Sandwell off planet soon.

05 Jul 2016 11:36:19
Balegue was on 5 live last night talking about the next national coach for Spain. He said Lapet' is the FA choice but he is out of the running as he's agreed to be manager of Wolves and will have a very powerful role at the club - overseeing all thing football (not like at Porto) . He also said that the deal was basically done with the club it just needs finalising and a Lapet' has a list of players ready.

05 Jul 2016 11:29:02
Like I said yesterday there were little hold ups with the price from Morgan and Moxey regarding his future and role, their sorted now and the deal will be completed, initial thoughts were 6th/ 7th, now more likely 7th/ 8th.

I can confirm one thing though Powerhouse Agent Jorge Mendes is like the Godfather of Football, i'll just say he certainly makes you an offer you can't refuse.

05 Jul 2016 11:53:56
Please tell me moxey is going.

05 Jul 2016 11:05:09
Anything this morning. Its gone very Q apart from Kenny saying he knows nothing.

05 Jul 2016 11:00:40
This is our time come on me babbies hope there's not one negative comment once the deal is done there Will be 20 million pumped in to sqaud all the dead wood out no more running towards ikeme with the ball there will be propa football at molinuex for propa fans.

05 Jul 2016 11:49:45
Wednesfield Wolf.
What a statement of belief.
I don't give a flying figleaf who takes us over, I don't give a gypsies kiss who manages the team, I don't even care who sells the pies.
What I do care about is my Season Ticket, I buy it to watch entertaining football, in your words "propa football"

To achieve my hopes,
Morgan must go.
Moxey must go.
Jackett must go.
Thelwell must go.
And while were at it, the bloke that cleans the toilet at the back of the Stan Cullis upper needs a medal.
God hear my prayers, you gave me a Brexit give that lot a hasty Exit.

05 Jul 2016 09:21:13
Guillem Balague has just tweeted the takeover will be in a matter of a days, not months!

05 Jul 2016 09:27:44
Hope your right mate.

05 Jul 2016 09:55:10
Wake me up from this dream when it is all over. The dream was good, perhaps the best ever.

05 Jul 2016 10:50:04
Wolves wouldn't put transfers on hold especially after saying that business would be done early, unless critically serious takeover talks.

Transfer targets have no doubt been finalised by the new owners. Once takeover is complete we are likely to see an immediate flurry of new arrivals and a few departures. Obviously we will retain the nucleus of the present team for now.

05 Jul 2016 10:53:15
I can't sleep thinking about what is going to happen.

05 Jul 2016 11:08:59
Very quiet this morning? Perhaps there still waitin for Shepherd to finish his paper round? Our paper was late todayπŸ˜‚.

05 Jul 2016 08:09:20
Jackett acknowledging talks of takeover affecting signings. Says news has been leaked around the world - getting closer folks. Hold on for a fast ride! E&S article online.

05 Jul 2016 08:07:58
Kenny has confirmed the rumours have backing and says transfers are on hold! Let's all rejoice!

05 Jul 2016 07:29:49
A few things that spring to mind as news seems to be trickling out. Very little mention of Robin Li in the UK based news items, just the Chinese consortium and Sky even referred back to Ding Lei's previous link. If the three Portuguese players have been approached who identified these areas as needing improvement. Have they been working with The well or has Julen been watching our videos and been talking to Jorge Mendes. Where does that leave Thelwell. Will Julen be working as a conventional British manager or a continental type coach. Are we going to adjust our playing style through the academy. Oh man so many questions but what else can we think about while we wait. Oh and how will Macdonald fit?

05 Jul 2016 07:50:20
Try and chill out nothing definite yet mate, until they come out and day it's done.

05 Jul 2016 08:34:39
If and when this goes through there will be changes from the top down that is a shoe in. Therwell will be a distant memory.

05 Jul 2016 08:53:28
Club needs a total revamp from backroom to players. This guy's got some work on his hands. hope he's up for it.
