At last the real Wolves turned up yesterday. We played some good, flowing football in the second half with great personal performances from Iorfa, Macdonald, Afobe and James Henry. Macdonald's one, two with Henry was superb. Yet again Martinez made some great saves in the first half to keep us in it. Crowd was a bit light but really got behind the lads. Once again we go into an international break on form, let's hope we can re-start in the same vein.

And yet with better finishing Huddersfield could have gone in at half time with the lead. Iorfa got caught upfield a few a bit too often first half and most of their chances came from their left wing. When he goes forward things happen but I think he's got to be a bit more disciplined defensively. It was a good win but Huddersfield are not good team and a lot of our chances came from their poor defending. Next game up at Derby will see if we are true promotion material

Huddersfield were better than I expected. Maybe they raised their game against us. But whatever Kenny said at half time seemed to make the difference. Great to see Price and McDonald in midfield, and Henry worked his boots off.
But we're still lacking sparkle on the left. Neither Ojo nor Byrne seemed to offer much. And Afobe playing deep was not right either. Going forward, Afobe was in top form.
