You don't win matches if you don't score, and you don't score if you don't shoot.Doyle is a spent force, Cassidy has not got it.Griffiths needs a tall strong target man who can score some goals and also make some space for Griffiths who is a goalscorer who is just not given the ball where he wants it.

we were the best side tonight by a mile but lacked that final shot on goal. doyle can't score or toffes Cassidy just not good enough. sako the quicker he goes the better. elokobi is he entering the strongest man in Britain?
I don't think Sako played bad, but he should of been took off as you could see he was shattered. I don't blame the players tonight, I blame KJ his team selection was rubbish! Why are we playing with 3 wingers, Kevin Doyle and Edwards? He can blame injuries all he likes, but he reminded us in the E&S that he picks the team. And tonight wolves fans far and wide will be wishing he didn't. There was a caller on WM from Walsall tonight. I can't remember his name but I think he was the 2nd or 3rd caller and his thoughts were IMO bang on. I'm losing patience and confidence with KJ and if results continue as they have recently a lot more fans will too. He keeps saying things week in week out like we dominated the game but were unlucky not to score. Well dominating games is no use if you don't win Kenny! Oh and if you consider dominating the game passing backwards, sidewards, switching play then crossing to it nobody. Then I'm sorry but you should be sacked! GOALS are how you dominate a game not sidewards backwards cr#p. I thought crab football was gone when Henry was sold.
If we were the best side we would have won comfortably. We flatter to deceive. The game is made up of a whole not just the few parts that look pretty.
We did not threaten them. We were very poor and got what we deserved.

For a short time this season I dreamt we would go up.I felt the nightmare might be over, and it was just a glitch, we would be in the championship, it might take a couple of seasons and then we would be in the premier, but we won't and I think we have to accept the fact we are in this divison for the forseeabe future.RIP.

Can some1 please find Doyle apperently he played 2night I didn't see him on the pitch, there was no spark no energy it was poor no point having 70% possession if u don't do anything with the ball Doyle sako Edwards can go need a dominant strong center midfielder and a goalscorer along with a target man up top

There is still something that stinks that's running thro our club. Players saying they don't want to play for Wolves when they've been looked after and paid well. Kightly, Johnson, O'Hara, SEB and now Hennessey. What the **** is going on. It won't be long before Sako says his head isn't right and Griffo is sick of sitting on the bench. Look at the support we have given this season. The least the board can do is tell us what the hell is going on! It's no wonder we lost tonight when yet another of our so called top players says he doesn't want to play. It is a massive embarrassment to such a big club. You wouldn't have thought it could get any worse after the last three seasons but after tonight it just might.

Still think he is the right man. 90% right, but need a goal scorer watched the game with 9 year old son, as soon as they got a corner in last minute he said they would score. How quickly has my son has turned into a pessimist

To an extent, I agree with you. Kenny is too cautious and I don't think he has a promotion in him. I hope he proves me wrong. But he isn't as bad as Deano and he does know that our strikers aren't good enough. To be honest, if you are not good enough at this level it's time to retrain for another job. Does anyone think that if he's not given the funds to buy a striker, he'll walk? Does anyone think he can spot a decent striker. I don't see how he can put a positive spin on this
On another note. This is just a rumour, so there is probably nothing in it. Has any heard that Moxey is in the US, which we knw he is, And is working with Beckham on setting up his franchise in Mami? I would love that!

Players who MUST be sold following the latest debacle at Gillingham:
1. Sako - he's just an embarassment now
2. Elokobi - doesn't even look like a footballer
3. Edwards - did nothing, contributes nothing
4. Doyle - totally ineffective
5. Cassidy - couldn't score against 10 dustbins in a practice match
Players who must be brought in urgently: ANYONE who knows where the opposition goal is located

Completely agree with this post, Sako tried first half (again) but second half was a joke! Elokobi just hoofed the ball away even when he wasn't under pressure. Edwards was barely seen all game, Doyle did his usual running around with no end product and Cassidy is just rubbish!
The good news was that KJ signings: Henry, Jacobs and McDonald all had a reasonable game, it was the end product that was lacking. I really hope another clear out is on the cards and we bring in two strikers who can find the net, unfortunately I do worry that no-one will come in for these players apart from maybe Sako, Hennessey and Griffiths.
Unfortunately I totally agree as well. What is our head of recruitment doing? Surely there must be youngsters we can get on loan from prem clubs that would be better than the above. What has happened to Doyle? He used to be a class act. As for Sako - he just doesn't seem to be bothered. At this rate we will be lucky to make the play offs. Get moving Thelwell and earn your money.
I can accept that a couple of injuries did not help last night and the pitch was awful and they did not play 48 hours previously but to have 70+ possession and not ind the net is awful at any level. Elokobi was never very good but last night was a liability in possession and preferred just to lump it. Without MacDonald we would have been well beaten. If Forest are willing to pay for Sako then let them. With him last night it was like having 10 men for 90 min - he was not interested. etc

Elokobi oh dear! Worst player I've seen this season, calling him a liability would be paying him a compliment!. Calling him a footballer would be gross misrepresentation!

So Griffiths looks like he's off to Celtic. Looks like he's going back to his level in a Mickey Mouse league. He's not really done it for us. Kissing the badge against Crewe was obviously a load of **** too.
I would not be sad to see him or Sako go to be honest, and the use the money to get a decent goalscorer up top
