here we go again so called fans saying we want this manager we want that one don't want this one want that one. remember your moaning before, re steve bruce and look what he has done for hull if its true and jacket has got the job well done to him. let's get behind him and the team and get wolves back where we belong. and stop moaning.

Fed up with reading all the rumours about who is going to be our next manager and thought that perhaps a little thinking like Morgan may inspire me and give me a better understanding of his methods - think like him, see the world like him

So I looked at the results of "house builder of the year" awards for 2012 to check that Redrow are inspired market leaders.

The first award they are mentioned in and WON was for the "best marketing initative " award for their "Share a bit of joy campaign"

Obviously no Wolves supporter for the last two years has been aware of that campaign

Second mention is for the "Large" house builder - Obviously thinking of Jez then

unfortunatly I cannot see any mention under the catorgories for Sustainable, Best product or Best regeneration

After reading that can I ask that everyone out there to please start submitting rumours

Why are you so negative. Give the bloke a chance as he has not even been given the job, and a hell of a job it is. Four manages have been sacked because of a core group of players, who nobody wants, are on long contracts, big wages and have have performed dreadfully over the last two years. Whoever gets the job has my best wishes and I will be there every game.

two words! peanuts. monkeys!!

so the comedy of errors continues
sack jackett now!

Grow up

I agree we don't want Jackett

30 May 2013 21:07:31
anyone doubting jackett are deluded he was doing really well with millwall for most of the season but the fa cup run side tracked them from the league

i can't wait to see him in action and accually playing some good football for a change and with the poor budgets he's had at swansea and millwall wasnt that good

good look I say

Thats millwall not wolves

30 May 2013 20:18:03

kenny jackett wolves manager before weekend

was 1/5

before bookies suspended bets

If true this is a disaster waiting to happen.

Done nothing for Millwall and will do less for us due to his lack of experience managing a club with history and ego's

Well I have just checked with the top 5 bookies in the country and they have not suspended betting at all. The odds have shortened because of the news that he has had a second interview. Exactly the same as Doyle did on Friday!
Martin swain and pat murphy on tv both say Steve Davis has met thirlwell and Moxey more than once despite his denial.
No-one actually knows yet!

If it was jackett then why didn't they appoint him 3 weeks ago

In the words of Phil Collins:
No Jackett Required.
Another dinosaur of a manager!

Jackett not the man for wolves. mclaren is proven recored with youth, why the delay get mclaren ffs

McClaren?Youth?Where did you get this information from?Since he left Middlesborough, he's done nothing with academies. Ask a Forest fan. Or someone from Enschede. McClaren is othing but a washed up, nearly could have been that likes clean sheets over using youth or goals. We've been through his style of management before. he was called Glenn Hoddle.

Not that it matters. The job's Jackett's anyway.

Coyle is still favourite for the job but Thelwell is talking through options with M&M. My brother is a grounds man at the molineux and they all think Coyle is the man but he has heard talk of Gus Poyet.

Whats with the rubbish with jackett then I know the groundsman tc am I correct makeing sure no b/s

Some bookies have suspended betting on Kenny Jackett getting the Wolves job. Bookies normally get it right so it looks like he'll be our new "Head Coach"

Been a fan for 61 years. Worried the Wolves are in free fall.

They didn't get our last 3 managers right.

30 May 2013 13:20:46
If jackett gets the job I fear another relegation looming!

Well u are a fool jackett will lead us to were we need to be

Surely it can't get any worse.

Been a wolves fan/supported for 60yrs mclaren is the man proven record

Mick lite. A no ambition appointment. Just another symptom of the awful mess we are in. Won't sell many season tickets

stephen hunt said one day he would come back and coach or even become manger. Source: Birmingham Mail

Definitely one of the nicest guys in the team. Good luck to him, and maybe he will one day make a good coach.

When hunt said he would one day come back, was he taking the micky and think he would manage we in the conference, because if he liked the wolves that much instead of his paycheck every week or month then he would stay and help us back up the league, being out injured most of season you think he would owe the fans that, if he cared that much, as he quoted he would of stayed if we were still in championship, so what's 12 months mr. s. hunt, with money we have, should be back up with cash we have, and half decent manager

all these people that want solbakken back were you season ticket holders? been going down the mol over 40 years and that's the worst football I've seen under him. ok the players didn't like his style. people say he bought some good players, sako great left foot bone idle doumbia can't stand the pace peszco what we saw of him ok. boukari and margereta well I game wonders. if coyle want to go to wigan and jackett to sheff united let them if we are after a head coach and an up and coming one then steve davis is your man. i'm hearing he wouldn't hackett in the prem with the players WE ain't THERE YET what he has done at crewe there's only one option that's him end of rant

Try facing the pitch next time I also have been going to the mol a lot longer than you and there has been far worse performances than those

Yes, I am a season ticket holder and I do want STS back. If you have the ability to look further into the future than the next game when it comes to Wolves, you'll see that STS was a great choice. The football might not have started out exciting, but his FC Copenhagen team was far from dull to watch. Fast wing play, overlapping full backs, strong midfield. What more can you want?

Because Psecko got loads of chances under Saunders didn't he?

Yeah I want STS back too and i'm a season ticket holder have been for 20 years.
You're prob just a armchair fan who thinks by playing Fifa you know all about football.

Fast wing play, over lapping full backs strong midfield! that does sound very much like Mr McCarthy to me. I'll say no more

Lol the only bit that sounds like mr McCarthy is the fast wing play we never had and since had a good midfield, its been the biggest problem since Rae and Ince as we never hold onto the ball enough and barely have any of our cms scored or even created chances for themselves to do so

There are 5 candidates left

Owen Coyle
Kenny Jakett
Steve McLaren
Roy keane
Neil Warnock

The favorite is kenny jakett and close behind is owen coyle.

Personally I'd like to see Steve McLaren he did amazing things for boro won the league cup and got them to a UEFA cup final.

It has to be Coyle

What about Uwe Rossler? Don't know too much about him to be honest but he was a market mover yesterday in the betting and the lads at a web site seem to be quite impressed with him.
