today was a day of celebration but we have no midfield, the ball just keeps coming back on the defence and just wondering how our keepers can't stop shots from 25 yards there second was typical no midfield, space opend up for the shot, but no goal of the season. just thought keeper could have done better. ikeme has had the same problems. great result, first half like headless chickens nobody knows what to do, second half must be something saunders said but we went at them like we did against b city. siggy man of the match then hunty they both showed PASSION. pedro

sako is a great player, but I think this is a change in results now hunty is in the team. work ethicks they are miles apart hunty gives you 100 percent whearas sako is a bit lazy give hammil a go another player who is talented and gives u 100 percent. then next season let him go if u don't like him, but we are in a dogfight. the best players should be on the pitch. hate to say this but kh gave us stability in midfield good move by saunders.

sigurdson was man of the match, followed closely by hunt, robinson and doherty played well. saunders was right to take o hara off and put henry on to protect the back four. we had lost our lead twice and at this stage of the game we could not afford to do it again. we are in a dog fight, but we are wolves

Massive win today shame peterbourgh won though but the fight has begun. Dno what Saunders said at half time but second half we were a different team we cut down on the hoofing starting playing better football not great but we all start somewhere. I though k it's finally hit the players and some have them have started to put a shift in and honestly think hunts will and determination has rubbed off on some of the other players and the crowd responded good when they did. Really good game second half 2 good goals great atmosphere good to see Johnson positive on the3rd goal. Hope hunts not injured.
On a different note glad he took o hara off as we started to get beat in cm and Henry tightened that up. Thought everyone played well Apart from gorks I really don't rate him don't know what you al think? For me he hoofs way to much and most his long balls don't make it to anyone so even worse. I don't want to sign him i'd rather see bath play and I hope that's not the type or quality of players Saunders wants either.
Last point on my rant why did we put 5 defenders on when we did it got worse and then ward so 6 defenders we sat to deep and last ten mins got nervous. Apart from that keep it going and stop the hoof nd play and run like they did second half and I think we'll stay up
Gorkks is exactly the type of player we need at the moment-good tackler, header-not many get past him. I agree his distribution is not the best but it's better to hoof it sometimes rather than pussy-foot around then give it to the opposition like Johnson does! When Johnson goes to head the ball IT heads him!

Best game I've seen all season. At last we're showing what we're made of. Passion and fight all over the pitch especially from mr hunt - class act again today. More of the same for the rest of the season please boys and we should be safe. Onwards and upwards.
Totally agree, how entertaining could have been 5-5. Best match of the season, don't agree with the post questioning why we had 6/7 defenders at the end, thought it made sense.
Ohara covered every blade of grass how can people question his fitness, loved Hunty's celebration for his (OG) goal. Thought KH looked good for his 20 mins. What about the 2nd goal who says deans team can't play football - mid table finish anyone.
Just looked at the stats 17 attempts on goal 15 on target. Under SS it took until end of September to get that stat
