To anyone who as contacts with the Wolves management, let's go and get Scott Parker. The pairing of him and O'hara makes us a more quality side and fans can be more at ease instead of worrying about relegation towards the latter part of the season We need to buy if we are to compete and survive

Why the hell do we want Parker average player in a rubbish team makes him look good when he played for England he wasn't that impressive from what I remember he didnt do anything

Parker is a great player and would be good for us but it'll never happen Barton would be great too but will go to Tottenham, first of all we need a LB and then a CM Noble wouldn't be a bad shout or we could risk a foreign player like teams like Bolton and Blackburn do

Hitzlsperger speaks fluent English with a slight Brummy tone picked up from his time at Villa.

I'm one of the (few) Geordie Wolves supporters and have seen the "Toon" slightly more often than Wolves last season.
I would love to see Barton join us as he is the "complete footballer".
He is not in the same mould as Karl Henry. Henry's strength is in his tackling and total commitment....features I admire, but Joey can set up the frontmen with sublime passing...is nearly always in the right place at the right time (footballing brain) and does not shirk a challenge.
Barton has a "reputation" but has shown nothing of this while at Newcastle...being a real crowd and club favourite.
I only see Wolves when they are in the North/East/West but if they had Barton with O'hara I'd come down for the home games as well

When I am at the Mol, Henry always gets the most stick from the crowd. Always. 'Here comes the crab' as he only passes sideways. If you do a bit of searching around, you will find both Henry and Stearman both signed contract extentions till 2014. Henry NOT going anywhere.

Contract extentions are just a way Jez can help to make sure players don't go on a free out of contract.

Not all the time. You think Meirhofer and Keogh would get contract extensions? No. If Henry and Stears weren't part of the manager's plans, they wouldn't sign an extension. If you have players you don't really want, you let the contract expire and you live with it - dead wood. They won't be sold because MM want's them here...

Wolves linked to Danny Fox from Burnley. Decent lad, wouldn't be a bad signing

Wolves will swap Sam Vokes for Fox before the season starts.

Unproven LB. Questionable if he's Prem quality or better than Elokobi or Ward.

Played champions league football for Celtic, and has played in prem for Burnley, and has a sweet left foot t'boot.

I believe Fax has played 3 Champions League games and lost every one. He's also played 4 Europa League games with an average record for Celtic against average teams. He played a part in 14 Prem games for relegated Burnley, unsure if the lack of appearances that season was a result of injury or just poor to average form. It's hardly a record that convinces me he's better than what we've already got. Don't get me wrong, if Fox is the answer then great.

If we're playing that game, Mairehofer has scored in the Premier League at international level and in the Champions League (qualifiers). He's also played top level German football. Why the hell are we selling him? He sounds amazing.

Wolves fans can forget about signing Joey Barton his agent is Willie McKay who the club have a bad relationship with after a transfer deal involving Henri Camara in 2006

Bartons wage demands would be to high for us anyway.great player but two much baggage

That was the Haywards and Jones era. It's water under the bridge now. Money talks and I'm sure McKay would be more than happy to take a cut of Bartons signing on fee from Wolves.

It's not going to happen anyway.

Johnson has been made club captain,saw this coming,should do a good job,maybe this will help Henry on a bit too,he can now concentrate on doing his midfield duties.

I think so. He's good, not great, and we should snap their hands off at £11 MILL as were ok in the winger department. With that much money we could bring in Ridgewell, another CB and a CM. Good business if it is not BS

I would only sell Jarvo if it was re-invested into the team straight away. Defence and midfield

Let jarvis go if we can get 13mil for him,if Arsenal are serious they will stump it up,we have 3 decent wingers at the club,and milijas can do the job aswell,we are in dire need of a left back,no question,and possibly another centre back.

I wouldn't sell Jarvis, we're trying to build a strong team in the Premier League and selling our best players isn't the way to do that, we've supposedly got the money for a £40mil ground and £50mil academy/ training ground so we should be able to fork out £4mil for a decent LB which we desperately need.

Cant see Karl Henry putting up with that. Sell him i say. There are far better players out therewho can do the Henry role better than he can.

If he doesn't put up with it, sell him. Best thing for Karl right now is competition for his position/captaincy

Henry could be on his way out in the near future but it does look like were after another cm or maybe david davis could be challenging for a starting place who no's
