Looks like we could be in the market for a new LB , Big George broke his ankle on his debut for Bristol City.
Looks like he wont play for the rest of the season or most of it anyway , shame , he is good at this level , hope his injury heals

That was a great win today, you must rememeber that teams come to molineux to defend and grap a win.
we just need a fast striker or 2 and we will kill this league.
We dont 'need' a striker but getting one would be nice. said it before and ill say it again Frank Nouble should be given a chance hes scored in almost every game hes played for us.

Four in a row.... 12 points out of four games.. Didn't look deadly at all but over all kept the ball worked hard an looked like a team that's developing slowly.. Solid as a rock!
Makes it feel nicer goin up then back up on Tuesday night after work :)

Been to the match'not a convincing 1st half intruth,2nd was an improvement,though it was against a very poor side,(we should have buried them)
When we get the ball down,you can see what Solbakken is trying to get them to do,still going forward the players look lost/static.....Blake in my opinion just isn't good enough,whether it's down to fitness,ability,attitude I don't know,Doyle for all the running and graft,just can't or won't stay on his feet...why?
Let's give Sigurdarson a 1st 45 and see how he pans out,this kid could do a bloody good job for us I'm sure if he's given a shout! 2 or 3 minutes every week is no good to him,
If Zeli is in the squad,give him a run,he might just give the team a of bite with his attacking flair.
This isn't being a negative moaner,just an observation and opinion, come on mi babbies. MFA
The amount of water they put on the pitch I'm amazed any of them stay on their feet let alone Doyle!
Whats with flooding the pitch before and at at half time anyway? Surely it could cause injuries.

EXCELLENT !
The score didnt do us justice, yes wednesday were poor, but our passing, possesion and switching the ball round the park was the best ive seen it for ages.
Hard to give a man of the match so stand out performance goes to Sako for his pure quality on the ball, never looks rushed and dictated most of our play.
Saying that i thought the whole back four was excellent and foley really makes a difference.
All the team gets to own the match ball today.
Shame we didnt win by more goals, but a wins a win and will take 3 points any way they come, Stale looked delighted at the end and the players are playing with real believe now, they all want to be on the ball, even when Johnson went down injured Stale had to shout at the lads to put the ball out cos they wanted to play.
This is one very happy Wolves fan, and i honestly can see nothing to moan about today.... sure someone will point something out but nothing will spoil the feeling of...

When you think we've lost to the promotion favs away and look at our other results and take into consideration we have had soo much change i think Stale's onto something here.
Doyle was brill today , his off the ball workrate was great hold up play great and even fancied a few long range shots, signs he has his mojo back.
3 clean sheets in a row is the best news of all, its shows there is an understanding between the back four and keeper now, cutting out silly errors.... Johnson has been a real rock in defence, even berra looked the part today.
Ward and foley the unsung hero's for me today.
S.E.B is looking leaner and fiter by the looks of things and doyles confidence is growing infront of goal.
And to think we have O'hara & Henners to come back, both i think will have to take a back seat if we keep getting results....
If O'hara comes back the player we had on loan then i think we'll have a complete midfield.

So , what happened to your constant complaining about wanting new defenders bought in?? ...Didn't I say that when stale said he was going to sort out the defence it would be by changing the way the communicate and position themselves rather than panicking and buying players!

Another good day we'd have taken top 3 by end of September, I think the 3 clean sheets are very pleasing when let's face it we all had doubts about defence. Hopefully see more goals as we settle into this league again but hey we'll take 1 nil most weeks.

Anyone have any suggestions for young players that could prosper at wolves?
i had a few ideas:
Matthew ryan-20 yr old keeper higly rated
Benjamin Mendy-18 yr old LB very talented
Mariusz Stepinski-17 yr old polish striker, possibly new Lewandowski?
Carles Gil- 19yr old spanish playmaker, very highly rated
and finally
Joonas Jokinen-Finnish striker, cool calm and collected but powerful shot and penalty master

Got to feel sorry for Steve Kean - the position has been untennable for ages. Bottom of the league - Kean out, top of championship undefeated - Kean out. How he put up with their so called fans remains a mystery. God knows who will want to go to their toxic environment. Good luck Kean you're better off out of it. Let's av em now lads! {Ed001's Note - why would you feel sorry for him? He was extremely arrogant and back stabbed all the people who got him to where he is! He got what he deserved.}
Don't know the full facts but crowd's attitude was still appalling whatever his faults.
Will Big Sam be feeling sorry for him??
