TC is the boards current favourite to take over in the summer. After seeing how the players have responded to him (Except Johnson) and how he has conducted himself in the media, they feel he is showing promise and could grow into the role.
Also coming in will be a 'director of football' to oversee the footballing side of things, current names in the frame here are:
Graeme Souness
Ray Wilkins
Glenn Hoddle
Along with some foreign coaches who expressed an interest in the managers role before TC took over.
Morgan hopes that this move will make Wolves more 'modern' in the way we approach the footballing side of the business after seeing how well it is working at WBA.
Glenn Hoddle will never return to Wolves.
Ray Wilkins would be better as a coaching role, but I would suspect he get paid as much/if not more for his Sky work.
Why would Souness work for a man who took over a club he tried to buy himself.
