just red in e and star venables to act as consultant for a non league team wolves too slow to catch acold

Can't wait for the post mortem at the end of the season, Root and branch!

Probably better off with nonleague side than working under morgan and moxey sooner they leave wolves the better

Been dead too long - results will be inconclusive. (Likely to be strangulation drowning or blood loss through shooting selves in the foot though!)

what are your thoughts on ismail? do you think we are planning on putting him into the team anytime soon or are we holding onto him so we can make alot of money out of him as big teams apparently want him. do you think he wants to be a wolves player someone once told me that ismail wants to be a wolves legend some day or do you think he wants to get into the team and bugger off to man u or even leave wolves for free.

i personally would like to think that he wants to play for us and be a wolves icon but then again money often talks to modern day footballers. i have seen him play and he is amazing and i cant understand why he has not had a chance yet

so what do you think?

He himself turned down chelsea so says alot about him I think he wants to progress n play at wolves I think he will feature next season but can't forget he's been plagued by injurys

Wolves wont put him in the first team this year. As if he shines and we go down, he will go on the cheap

Does anyone know his preferred position?
There's been whispers of his talent since he was 10. Over the years I've built up a free roaming, in-the-hole, archetypal Messi in my head!

If it was me I'd introduce him to the Premiership. Good experience for the lad. The fans would love to see local lad with potential. If we go down doesn't mean he will want to leave anyway, remeber still a kid. Family support may mean a lot to him. As a Wolves supporter he will want to make himself a legend at the club. I know I did. Just hampered with two left feet!

On football manager they got him down as a right winger/forward but I presume with the right manager he could play the messi role

When my lad was at the academy he asked ismail whether chelsea had come in for him and the answer was no.

Whilst watching him a few years ago in training he was a class above the rest, but the truth is his improvement must have slowed down or surley he would have been given a chance.

My mates cousin who has recently left wolves says the next big star in the academy is price. Btw I believe ishmail will play a big part next season well I hope so anyway our wingers always seem to gay injured so may get a chance if on drops.

Get injured not gay injured. My bad bit perplexed as to how I managed to type that even with an iPod touch keyboard.

He turned down a big team I thought it was Chelsea n we got price Harris McClinden (spelling) McCarey Cranston whittle all future 1st team

Truth is that he developed alot earlier as a footballer than alot of our other youngsters, stuck out then but got injured, since then the other have caught him up but still has the ability to become a class act given the right coaching which he sadly lacks at wolves

Don't envy him his debut season at Wolves - you're all expecting him to be the messiah!

Has ismail had two knee ops ive been told this but for such a young kid i doubted it does anyone know

Ed001 Do you know how the balance sheet is looking for us with relegation, Martin Swain said the stadium revamp has factored that in (although stopped) Parachute payments not enough to save Moxey IMO his business plan involved Norwhich and Swansea definately being relegated hence keeping MM after last season, Do they realise how competitive the championship is now? {Ed001's Note - the balance sheet will be fine, so long as the club doesn't stay too long down there. But one season in the Championship is easily affordable, though not ideal.}

You re not down yet, but what makes you think you will come straight back up ?

Talented bunch of young 'uns coming through. Mix it with right blend of older guys under a good manager. Hell, give it 10 years we will be in Champions Leaugue.

Are you lot knitting as you sit round Madame guillotine that is our possible relegation? How about a bit of belief until the 'R' appears.

Ok we'll put down the knitting. Blade looks sharp tho' dunnit.
