think if we get promoted we will emulate newcastle, stale has a good ability to find talented, young and relatively cheap players (in comparison to British average players who cost more- fletch jarvis)
stale has been able to sign these players in the championship! imagine the superior pulling power we will have playing in the best league in the world.
soon we will be signing players like cabaye and tiote, hopefully a collocini too!
very very exciting times ahead, WOLVES AYE WE {Ed003's Note - And once more,slow down tiger ;) }

I'll ave a pint o what 'ees been drinkin!
Good aye we!

Well said Ed. There is a log way to go this season. Thankfully we are up there with the front runners but our performances have been less than convincing. There is plenty of work to do before we are promotion candidates, nevermind promoted.

That's right we can get promoted and sign Fletcher back again and a few other premier players and claim a Euro place because we're so good and then all the best players in the world will want to play for us. Stale will be appointed Norway manager but that's OK because Mourinho will want to manage us.

How many of those complaint about the reserves 6-0 defeat to Chelsea would be still be upset about the loss if our rested first team can get the 3 points in our next league game? That'd make it 16 points from 8 games - a good target of 2 points per game, which is pretty much the ratio you need to win any division!

Against that Chelsea team our best players would still have lost. We're on a good league run just now and Stale's job (as discussed with M&M no doubt) is to get us promoted not to win the League Cup.

OK, we got stuffed by Chelsea, did the average supporter want us to have a good run in this compo.
what it did prove was our defensive weaknesses.
Im not a gloom and doom merchant but we have never been beaten like that in the premiership. If we want to get out of this division then we need loan players in now, not January. We may be good enough to beat weaker teams in the chumps but I feel we are not strong enough in defense to mount a sustainable challenge on automatic promotion

The last time we fielded a team that poor was famously against ManU when we lost 3-0, with many at the time agreeing we got off lightly. I do wish people will get over it. It was a tactical decision, not a meltdown in the team.
