This is not the time for an untried or risky appointment, big Sam would be best bet, most other potential candidates could see us in league one . freedman may see us in league two!

27 Oct 2016 22:14:33
Roy Hodgson anyone.?

27 Oct 2016 22:59:29
No thanks.

27 Oct 2016 21:56:42
If not Allardyce - Cycle or Houghton Wolves owner's flex your muscles and show your ambition to us!

27 Oct 2016 22:00:10
You've lost me with Cycle.

27 Oct 2016 22:15:03
Give them bloody chance man.

28 Oct 2016 13:19:50
Who the heck is Cycle? On yer bike WOLF!

27 Oct 2016 21:37:32
Freedman, Pearson, Ince, Lambert, McCarthy, Curbishley, Hodgson, Allardyce, and all the other dinosaurs, failures or has beens that are being suggested - No Thanks! Bruce would have been ideal, but too late. Dyche has the perfect pedigree, but there's no chance of him coming. Go for Mark Warburton - did an excellent job at Brentford and has continued that with Rangers. If not, has to be either Wilmots or AVB!

27 Oct 2016 21:53:08
Can't see the issue with Pearson. He did manage Leicester into the Premier League in the not to distant past.

27 Oct 2016 22:09:43
AVB 😂 sacked from Chelsea. sacked from Spurs. plus he was more boring get to listen to than KJ.

27 Oct 2016 21:12:22
Looks like Pearson or Wilmotts? 6/ 4 and 7/ 2

27 Oct 2016 21:08:33
I find it hard to understand some people who are insistent on a proven manager but are then wanting Rob Edwards to be given a chance.

On a separate note, I've just watched the Paul Ince programme on TV. He spoke about his time at Blackburn and how the job he took on was not what was described by the Chairman who was looking to get out. He did have some success at Macclesfield and MK Dons and may be hungry enough to do a job for us.

27 Oct 2016 20:16:26
Wilmots has moved in from 33/ 1 to 5/ 1 on . might be something in this.

27 Oct 2016 20:00:23
Freedman as got no chance someone as just had a punt
If he got the job it would just expose Fosun ambition.

27 Oct 2016 19:56:34
gotta feel sorry for walter he landed with no time to organise anything. but he did chop and change the side a lot. it sends a strong message out to the next person who picks up the poison challice. thee players should be hanging there heads in shame especially the shoddy defenders who I can only say have cost us a host of points already this season. getting drunk in bridgenorth on a regular basis is no way to achieve your aims as a pro footballer. who do I think will take up the mantle I would love big sam . out of the rest on offer pearson ain't done much wrong onwards and upwards coyw!

28 Oct 2016 08:27:26
Would love to know who was that player or players BWS.?

27 Oct 2016 18:42:38
wolves to lose 4-1 Edwards demoted and olofinjana takes over as caretaker manager

if sam allardyce is not appointed wolves manager me and paul tamworth will walk around Molineux naked hand in hand.

27 Oct 2016 19:10:11
Lol Gee wolf, I'd best get down the gym and tone up as it won't be Sam. Willmotts or Silva is my guess.

27 Oct 2016 19:18:39
So why are the odds for Freedman so low?
There has to be something in this for him to be the shirt favourite on most sites?

27 Oct 2016 19:22:11
Im not sure. Freedman is too short priced on many betting sites for me.

28 Oct 2016 07:02:32
Gary Wilmots?

27 Oct 2016 17:52:48
Ian Holloway is on the shortlist to take over as Manager.

27 Oct 2016 18:07:17
Freedman, Holloway, Ince'is this the level of manager Fosun are seriously considering? It's a joke surely' they aren't that wet behind the ears! Are they?

27 Oct 2016 18:17:05
Who says their considering them
Just the papers not fosun
They will get it right.

27 Oct 2016 22:13:08
What's up with Holloway? Proven track record at championship level. with blackpool. palace and qpr? Find me someone who's available with a better track record. Also what a character he is. says it how it is. no beating around the bush or dressing it up. ide snap your hand off if we got offered him.

27 Oct 2016 17:50:30
Why no one is calling for Chris Hughton?
Did a good job at Blues, Newcastle and Brighton .
Ask all these fans about him.
You would only get very good news about him.

27 Oct 2016 09:31:44
Well'if we are going British and Sam doesn't want the job'then the one I think who could do a good job is Pearson.
Ince, and god forbid freedman would be like stepping back in time to connor or saunders'relegation here we come'
As for the european candidates, Silva or Wilmots if either could be persuaded to come.

27 Oct 2016 12:53:55
Pearson is a loose canon can't see Fosun taking him on. As for Wilmots he couldn't get a team of superstars to beat Wales, didn't appear to have a clue.

27 Oct 2016 16:53:51
Agreed Scotty69. There are many managers out there on the continent we know little about (like Zenga) and it could be any of them.

27 Oct 2016 18:18:03
Let Sam take us up then do a West ham.

27 Oct 2016 00:49:32
Hopefully Big Sam doesn't get the job. His style of Football is enough to put you in a Coma more so than KJS did.

27 Oct 2016 07:24:26
People seem to forget the years when Sam had a team of superstars at Bolton. They played some really good football and he used certain individuals to their strengths (JJ, Campo etc) . We've got enough individuals who could change a game if they were used in the right way. What Big Sam is good at, is organising defence and not conceding goals (just look at Sunderland's record towards then end of the season when he kept them up) . This is exactly what we need, because come January (if Sam is in charge) expect at least two proven pros to come in at the back!

27 Oct 2016 16:54:45
Yes Sam can handle superstars. West Ham under him were like that.

27 Oct 2016 21:38:02
It's a absolute no brainer. If the owners want to maximise our chances of getting promoted and then staying up. big Sam is the man. .
