Has anyone read the Terms and Conditions applied by the petition company? They virtually have you for life and you can't, repeat, can't, opt out of being harassed by emails etc for evermore! For that reason, I'm out
A lot of these petition companies have sprung up for commercial reasons. I recently declined to sign a petition about paying more taxes so that the NHS could benefit. No problem for me in paying more tax, but I checked the accounts of the petition company, and they were not paying tax themselves!

You can just block them from your email account as spam. I agree though, the Moxey petition isn't on as good a site as the Moneyshop petition and it will put people off signing. Plus, there are a number of Moxey out petitions started over the years, people are less inclined to sign one now because they've signed them before and it's done no good.
It's a horror show though, I don't think the petitions are a threat to WWFC, rather they're helpful, they're just expressing genuine opinion that will manifest in lost merchandising, lost support and much smaller fan base, and overall big trouble next season. I think WWFC could find themselves very isolated with most of their non local support turning their backs on the club. I was born Wolves but Moneyshop Wolves certainly won't be my club.

I can't block the emails to my iPhone or iPad so they will always be a nuisance. I can flag them as spam on my work PC but they will still clog up the junk mailbox and stop me finding genuine emails within junk mail. I have never before seen a company that does not allow you to opt out. The Moxey petition company is a grasping business, someone should have used a more genuine petition company, but they weren't to know. Too late, but a lot of people will be put off signing a good petition.
