Great team straight back up Becchio been at Leeds ages now time for a change, similar formula to the league winning team Big and little striker combo works all the time and we scored plenty of goals.
We'll soon be back in the big time just hope we stay there.

We need a 25/30 goal scorer to get out of it with a no nonsense defence

I don't think we need quite such a clear-out, but I get the point you are making. If Fletcher stays then he and E-B would be great up front in the championship. But we need a decent defence too.

Cant see fletch staying..nor doyle if reading get promoted..think jarvo/ohara/johnson and hennsey will be off as well

Fletcher left burnley when they got relegated he will do the same at wolves i

I dunno depends how settled he his here he's a fan favourite so dunno he could stay I think Doyle will go the time has come for him to move on

Half the team have been plucked from relegated clubs, but are they better players now than when Wolves signed them?

I suspect more will stay than we think - Wolves will have to be pro-active to offload them.

I agree i hope we can unload stearman johnson jonsson berra n hunt the most

Wait to see who gets promoted to the Prem before we start speculating on signings.
I agree with raiding Rangers for a few ie. Wallace, Whittaker, Naismith, MacGregor

Those Rangers boys look better than they really are as the SPL is pretty dire in general. Naismith is the best probably.

If they don't want to play for us in the championship sell em. Use the money to invest in players.

Malky McKay is the best choice for Wolves ed agrees, Pay what we need to get him, very highly thought of humble and a grafter

Bring Hudson with him swap him for RJ if must

Swap Berra we might be able to sell Johnson to a gullible manager who's never seen him play.

I'll buy him, I run and Under 10's team. Ward can go to the U6's

You must have some poor U6s!

lets get on the phone to AVB. hes young so we could have him here for years and i think he will want to proove that chelsea should of hung onto him pluss he has some tactics up his sleeve but will he be able to cope on a low budget and re building the team when we go down and can he handle the players

I'll have some of what you're drinking!

He favourite for Inter job, we can't defend and he doesn't know how to set up a defence either what a combination.lol

But if you think of it like this, his first team were in the same sort of situation as us and he got them up there then got a chance with porto maybe for him we can be both of those teams rolled into one personnaly i was only jokin with the first post.

26 Mar 2012 17:53:11
why dont we play zeil ismail ive seen him play and he is amazing he would add a bit of freshness to the team and he has nothin to loose pluss he can chip in on the goals department cant be any worse than we already have and does anyone think it may be time to bring hunt back? all i know is its getting desperate and we might aswell try somethin different (but of unexpectancy)

Zele is seen as a major asset that if he's put to the forefront now and fails then the value will go down...big big clubs are watching him at the level he is performing and anticipating a great player on what they see but Wolves won't take the chance he can't cut it or gets injured...££££££'s are the only signs certain people at Wolves can see...Luv is from the fans only

Hunt is injured!

He already turned down chelsea when he was a school boy to stay wanted to make it at wolves n im sure we turned down a bid from man utd for him

I have heard people around his age quote him as saying he wants to be a wolves legend but all these people seem to be friends of friends sooooo... but it is plausable being we bought him here and gave him his chance but then you have to look at it like this money talks to the modern day footballer

Ok here's my opinion for our c'ship team

De Vries
Foley Hudson (Cardiff) Monk (Swansea) Elokobi
Hamill Davies Guedioura Gorman
Ebanks vokes

Not to keen on vokes and they would be the only two strikers at the club before signing anymore maybe get Rhodes or Husleklepp from Pompey I think he's only on loan to blues. The two centre back only if we get rid of our rubbish ones if we didn't have those two I'd go for Batth and Berra. Or get smithies in goal another good young keeper.

It will be an intreasting ,summer at wolves to see who stays at the club, and who will be our new manager.wanderers forever

Kites will stay he owes us I think if we can get a good manager fletch henno Jarvis Doyle may stay deffo blood the youngsters this season now ready for the championship

I no what he did to us was bad but he was one of our best players n could still do a job I'm on about ... Lee naylor should of re-signed him even though he done the dirty said he wasn't leaving n then went to Celtic he could help rekord with his game n make him a better player

Why smithies we got McCary who's better our youth team n reserves is ramed with talent who could be a 1st teamer

I was thinking about mcCrary but maybe another couple of seasons then no1 but he's not even 20 is he I know he's highly rated much like the rest of the youngsters.
Just don't know whether I'd have inexperienced cb Batth and mcCrary unless we had an older cb like craddock to guide Batth. Although he's now 21 so he has a lot of first team experience at sheff weds played near enough every game.

Keep elokobi and hammill too ordinary

I actually think bringing back Mick is a good idea. Lots of experience in relegation fights and bringing a team to the prem if we go down.
The caveat to this being that we get rid of Moxey as he is too chummy with Mick and to not a very good CEO. Also get rid of TC as he doesn't offer anything to the team, maybe get in clark as asst? Finally appoint a director of football as Mick can clearly not be trusted to spend money wisely. Mick is not the long term answer but could be ideal for next 2/3 years? Oh, and also director of football could demand that at least two starting players for each game are from the academy? that's it, that's my master plan.

I was not in favour of Mick's sacking in any way, so much wrong that someone could write a thesis on it. But now that he's gone, how ever bad the circumstances, that's it, there's no way back and we have to move on. Don't think that Moxey or TC would be much of a loss - 12 years each is a long time in football, we need new thinking, new approaches and, to get back in touch with the fan base.

Absolutely agree with you on the Academy players getting their chance when we hit Championship Bay. This really didn't happen in Mick's time. One thing I would ask for here is patience from the fans to allow players to develop, they'll need time, otherwise the atmosphere will be too caustic and critical for their healthy development.

My god super mick he has brought in mediocre players to go alongside his mediocre style of management get real

The chance of staying up is low with T C in control it is nil get him and moxey out now! Get in acurbs now if he cannot keep us up at least he can sort out squad for next season.

The club know that connor is not capable of managing at mcdonalds let alone the mighty old gold.that is why i truly think the club want us to go down, that can be the only reason for not doing something about this terrible mess were in.I can only hope that moxey sticks to his words and if we go down and are not in financial difficulty then there should be no reason to sell players and we should have a good team to bounce back up again with a decent manager at the helm!!But knowing moxey the likes of fletcher ohara jarvis etc will be sold as he sees £££ signs and is not bothered in seeing our mighty club become the threat of europe like the old times and that is why we are in this position with a coach acting as a manager and them not doing one single thing about it !
what we have my fellow wolverines is an emporer who sits on his throne and is too scared to admit defeat while all of rome crumbles around him.......locallad

26 Mar 2012 10:15:35
Hoddle says he's interested in managing England at Euro 2012! Cheers Glen, I needed a laugh.

That was my reaction too. When was the last time he tasted success at any level?

He did a runner at wolves whicn never seems to get mentioned mr one all predictable hes a southerner so he will get loads of air time hoddle for england youre havin a laugh

26 Mar 2012 08:58:08
Wondering how many people are clamouring for Lee Clark? Or is it just the same poster each time?

At least clark aint one of the usual suspects comin out vof the woodwork after their last failure you were all clamouring for curbishly who has many glory years behind him not l o l

26 Mar 2012 08:51:12
We are going down......

So... there is no better person than Mick McCarthy to get us back

It will be a lottery with anyone else..thats even if they want to come to Wolves... we've seen that recently...
in the championship we played good football under him and won the league

Morgan eat humble pie and bring him back while he's still available, unless you have someone else lined up who will be better?? no, didnt think so

There is no chance of Wolves winning promotion next season. There are too many 'big' clubs down there and all with greater ambitions to spend big. We will be too predictable under McCarthy if he came back

Sure there's Leicester, Boro, Hammers etc but these will be great games for us. We just have to make sure we beat the teams lower down the table, something we often fail to do.

Mick back my god he is the one responsible for this mess ive never heard anything like it

If i remember right it was mick who got us up and kept us up until us fans wanted him gone if we did not sack him we wouldnt be worrying about relegation even if we were where we are now

26 Mar 2012 05:24:45
if wolves do go down, praying they dont, win v bolton and we are right back there again lose and the season is over. team for championship if we do go down, (wouldnt be catastrophic, look at newcastle)

De Vries
Foley doherty/bath/stearman/berra Ward

Kightly davis guedioura hamill

Ebanks-Blake Vokes

if we could get frimpong on loan that would be absolutely massive, he said he loves wolves and would go back but arsenal would probably prefer him playing in the prem

Central defence looks worrying.

We will not bounce back up half the team will leave and we will be lucky to get into the playoffs at times like this i wish we could get a chairman and board in that will risk themselves for our club i mean look at chelsea wit abramovic(spelling) they came along way since he bought them and they arent in danger of falling into administration any time soon like pompey
