wolves fc target martin paterson signs 2 year deal at huddersfield

Just shows how far the management of our club have taken us down. Huddersfield are a bigger club than us now.

Means that we can concentrate on more urgent replacements, like Murphy and a CB and full backs, get the defence right first its been a problem too long now.

Well, they are in a division above us,. so of course he's going to sign them!. if you had a choice between championship and league 1 football, which would you choose? durrrrrr!

Ricketts will play CB. If joins

That's not where he usually plays.

No but he can play there quite comfortably. My guess would be Stears (if he stays) and Batth. Don't know what will happen with Margretter (not sure of spelling) but Tank played for Walsall at this level so he may get a few games.

Get real huddersfield are in a higher division than us but not bigger than us, won't say that next year when we get promoted. wolfy

Luke Murphy and his agent are currently holding transfer negotiations with Wolves in the Molineux. {Ed052's Note - I cannot see Murphy moving to Wolves. Higher up clubs would be interested, and would you pay the fee needed?}

If you listen to a certain social networking site we have agreed a fee and he's discussing terms also the same site says Henry is in talks with Leicester

He would choose villa over you

'Young, vibrant', 'attacking', 'henry, johnson, ohara, ward - not in plans' - if KJ delivers then we can look forward optimistically. Interesting he wishes to keep doyle (true professional - if he can continue the goals like he did at end of season, why sell him unless the money is right). Foley and Edwards are experienced in the lower leagues and to are two who are professional. Sako will go but 3-4 mill is their for the taking rather than fire sale him. The questions are over doumbia, margeriter, the keepers - will they be here come the season start and will stearman be back he would be an asset at this level but expect 3-4 championship sides to be bidding for his services. Incomings would love a creative midfield man and murphy (crewe) without a doubt fits the bill. By january we could well be driving on and gathering momentum and become a more attractive proposition for new blood (incl. Championship players looking at the next wave of lower league momentum)

The questions are on all Stale's signings. They are good players but were probably sold a story about being promoted to the premier. If they want away then there will be good money for them.

Mick's players are mostly going or gone, leaving those who came up through the reserves and anyone KJ wants to sign.

Yes, goalies and Foley and Edwards and Elokobi will make up the old guard. Hopefully Siggy and Tongo will stay too but no way Sako, unfortunately.
