whats wrong with winning ugly were in the top three with a very young team were in lg one because we deserve to be there the rest of the division ain't going to roll over for us be grateful for three points it meks a change to have a few good saturdays

Winning ugly! just watched Orient score their 2nd after 85 mins. Whilst they are clear at the top, they haven't played anyone in the top half and their whole game seems to be based on not letting the opposition play with any fluidity. The game has been continually stopped with niggly fouls, but have won ugly.
That's how the German teams beat the Spanish teams in last years's CL. Disrupt the flow and rush forward. (Yes I know L1 is a far cry from the CL!)
Watched it too. Brentford looked the better team for most of the game but didn't take their chances. sound familiar?
Watched the interviews afterwards, it has taken two and a half years for them to get to their position. About the same time as it has taken us to get to our position.
Seriously though, we have put this team together in a little over two months.
How many people on this site will settle for 2 and a half years, DAT? Most of us are getting twitchy after one and a half months!
Very few managers get the chance to build the team for that long. If we don't get promoted, especially if we don't make the play offs, then KJ will be out.
