Why are we letting leon Clarke polarise us fans already when he hasn't even signed for us yet? United we stand or divided we fall.

I'm referring to the fact that we are all arguing about whether he should sign/not sign, how rubbish he is/or not. Read social network sites and you will see that some fans already have the 'knives' out - that's what I'm on about.

We've got a DoF in Kevin Thelwell. Some

Get your fact right he is not DOF and by definition he does not sit on the board. Glad your not structuring my company

No DoF sits on any Board. Thelwell may have different title but that is what he is.

Thelwell promoted youth team coach frightening that he's running the show

Thelwell is effectively a D of F! That's what they do, support the manager in all recruitment matters and report into the CEO

Thelwell is Head of Devellopment, Stuart Webber is Head of Recruitment, which is closer to what you describe above.

Either way, they are doing a pretty good job so far. Much as I repect Graham Turner for what he has done for us in the past, we don't need him in as a Director of Football as essentially the two we have already do the job.
