Is Kenny Jackett the man to take us forward based on the way we are playing at the present time? Top of the league, but hardly deserving of the position in my humble opinion. thoughts please.

I think you need to bore off. Top of the league, scoring goals and not conceding at the other end, what more do you want?

I agree with poster one, nuff said!

Yes he is, played well in spells and that has been enough

He's doing very well with us just now. Top of the division, new team, "stars" sold or loaned to teams higher than us. (And Berra played for Scotland on Tuesday).

If you are asking whether KJ is the right manager to lead us in the Premier, well that's a different question. Right now we want to get out of L1 and we're doing that.

Is it luck? As one great sportsman once said "The more I practice, the luckier I get."

Gary player said it

I thought it was Arnold Palmer.

With the weather about to change I think all wolves fans should go out and buy a sledge because we will be slidding down this division quickly if we continue to perform as badly as we have been. Yes this division is poor, but we should be winning these games comfortably, it has amazed me so far this season that we are Top of the league while still playing poor football. Big improvement needed quickly or we will be getting crowds week in and week out at the level of last night 3000/4000.

I bought my sledge 2 years ago. Not used it much recently, but getting my monies worth out of the lift pass this season.

Some people are never happy.

I agree with the sensible views: Wolves will not be promoted if they continue to play this way

Why should we be winning comfortably? Why should we be better than last season, when we were losing to teams of L1 standard at the bottom of the Championship?

KJ has got us to the top on a lower budget than Deano got us relagated with.

Deano nice guy, but not the one for wolves, but as far as having a budget at wolves to spend, I for one can't remember morgan giving him one, could be wrong but don't think so

21 Nov 2013 21:29:55
No Morgan didn't give Deano a budget. It was all about loaning out to start with until the panic loans at the end of the season.

However the weekly cost of Deano's team was surely higher than KJ's. The new boys won't be on anything like what Henry, Hunt, Johnson and Berra were on. (and Doyle and O'Hara still are).

I think the last 2 Performances ( Notts Couty & Oldham) actually show how poor a team we realy are. I accept that we needed to change things and bring in the yougsters and I know it will take time. We may be top of the league but we certainly don't desrve to be on the performances so far.
We will come up against a very good team on Saturday in Brentford and if we continue with the current form we will loose comfortably (2.0)
Big, Big, Big improvements needed Mr Jacket.

when are we going to play some football that deserve to win football matches with the resources we have, las night was the worst game of football from our club for a good while, nothing positive to report, that team he put out last night looked as though they had never played together, what on earth do they do in training, k.jacket says ohara can't get about the pitch, but he can keep the ball at his feet, which is more than you can say about the rest of the team, how long are we going to keep playing cassidy not good enough, midfield no creativity, played at home had how many shots at goal and how many corners did we have, awful could go on and on, got till november 28 to spend some of our war chest mr.morgan, else then we wait till january, because mr.jacket said he would know after 10 games if they were good enough, well it seams to me a few of these players need moving on still and replacing with a bit of quality.what you think wolves fans, one good thing forgot to mention is we are top of league, how I don't know on these performances, but the sooner we get out this division the better, still no excuses for those players that played last night and I feel sorry for our fans who payed good earned money last night to watch that game of football if you can call it that

If it was an experiment then it failed miserably

Hate to say it but our performances have been not poor but very poor, love my team to bits, but in all honesty how can we play so poorly, k.jacket tells the truth as it is, but it has got to change, brentford come to town this week, find out how good we are, due for a good game of football at home as we have been outplayed on our patch for nearly every game let's hope we can learn by our mistakes and repay the fans for that terrible game of football last night and go and win this division in style, got no more excuses no fixture pile ups due to getting knocked out of every cup already by average teams without being insulting

20 Nov 2013 17:04:39
If you want us out of this league and we're not good enough then by implication you want us relegated.

Look, we've lost once in the league. The cup matches have had experimental starting lineups but I expect normal service to be resumed for the Brentford match. Not saying we'll win, but we'll have our best players out there apart from Henry who is injured. This is still mostly a mix of new players, none of which cost a lot, and last season's youth. Remember how rubbish we were last season and how people here wanted Doyle and Stearman out, let alone OHara.

Be realistic.

Our squad is not good enough. We need players that can step into our first eleven without weaken it and we just don't have any squad players good enough. We must get better players in or we will strugle when injuries strike.

Was surprised to see that Josh Wright from Millwall has joined our rivals for top spot Leyton Orient, from what I've seen of him he scores the odd cracker and with Jackets connections maybe a missed opportunity? plus my misses would have loved him down the Mol as he's Mark Wrights' (TOWIE) brother!

Morgan, Moxey, Jackett, Express and St and Radio WM: OUT!

Yes we have lost only one in league, but being serious who have we beat any good near the top preston and bradford good results, find out saturday when brentford come to town if we win that game and play the football I might be convinced, like I keep saying anything but promotion is a failure in this division with the resources we have, and I think a majority of the wolvs fans will think the same with the size of our club, we should never have been in this position in the first place, but we are and now its time to learn by our mistakes, and get back to were all we wolves fans want to be

22 Nov 2013 14:27:56
I think that's right. If Wolves don't get promoted I think KJ will go, depending on circumstances of course.

If KJ's plans come true then the team can only get better. A year ago we were getting worse.

Kj says not going to sighn anyone else, closes next thursday till january, hope kj his right and we have enough to keep we at top
