hennessy looked really shakey at times didnt fill me with confidence ikeme should be no1. i think hennessy is a good shot stopper but he always get beaten from long range.as for akime we should of got rid of long time ago.and i don't feel dorus de vries is any better than hennessy lets hope not many try from 25-30 yards.
If you take the area betwen the eighteen yard line and the halfway line we do not know how to defend this area. that is tripe coaching in my opinion.

It s hardly a disgrace. We ve signed a quality midfielder for £5m and broken our transfer record on Johnson. Don t forget we ve also held on to all of our key players like Doyle and Jarvis. It might all change come this time next week. But I would not be calling it a disgrace. Glass half empty?

This is a disgrace, not pursuing any more players. We have spent far less than last year. WE NEED MORE QUALITY
U believe the E & S then. no one knows what we are up to in terms of transfers because we don't say anything until a deal is done. the E & S is just speculation

Ridgewell deal is done.
Need to shift one or two out first all the usual names Keogh, Hoff and Vokes.
But the big gossip is that one of the first team regulars from last season is close to leaving. No one seems to be able to a name to this player though so who knows. I suppose the prime candidates are Berra, Henry and perhaps Jarvis. But i can't see MM letting Jarvis go without a fight.
The Barton gossip has gone, although there was a genuine link this seems to have passed.
MM seriously believes that we have enough already with what we have to push on and progress next season.
But i really think that the majority of fans think we need another CH. Presuming, that is, that Ridgewell is being brought in to play at LB.
Where is your evidence on the Ridgewell deal? You are only guessing at someone wanting to leave because of the gossip surrounding Doyle and Jarvis. Finally if McCarthy thinks he has enough he is in cloud cuckoo land-it is basically last seasons squad with only a couple of additions.

Agree and disagree with some of that, well actually agree with all of it apart from Keogh who I'm a big fan of but looked like a player leaving the club, think we'll struggle to get £1m for him
Id play davies over henry everyday of the week. Batth over Berra / Stearman and craddock too. Both looked good.
Keogh, like always, was utter gash. Contributed nothing. I thought i'd seen the last of him.

Stearman was awful - Hilariously bad. Thought elokobi had a good game - but only whats expected against walsall. Jarvis - Must be kept, and Hammill should be given more game time this year.
And regarding Kightly - Of the 5 wingers I thought the other 4 looked better. Althought kightly looked an improved figure and maybe hel get there - where was his confidence to beat the man. Jarvis and hammill / hunty first choices then kightly for me im afraid.
David Davis was superb on loan for Walsall in the first half of last season he ran the show in the middle for them I think we need to give him a game every now and again rather than regularly same with Batth brilliant centre half and still both very young what about Malone should he get a game or two after his loan?
