We are working really hard to bring in new players = Morgan not opening his wallet!
We will only bring in players who are better than the ones we have got = Morgan not opening his wallet!
It is difficult completing deals in January = Morgan not opening his wallet!
It is hard to find players who will fit in with club's young and hungry ethos for the money available = Morgan not opening his wallet!
It is difficult to find the experience required for the money available = Morgan not opening his wallet!
I have been impressed with Zyro up front, Sigudarson can be a positive addition and Enobakhare has learnt his lesson - Morgan not opening his wallet!
Early Bird approaching = Morgan would like YOU to open your wallet!

Double standards.

Ojo scores amazing goal for Liverpool typical I say.

21 Jan 2016 10:07:52
Don't matter wasn't better than graham just hope Byrne given run in team.

20 Jan 2016 20:58:05
I like to ask all wolves fans what you want from the club?
I want the club to be honest and respectful to the fans and stop treating us like we do not matter to them. they should read a book what I am reading origins of Wolverhampton wanderers. they will find out the fans are the life blood of this football club. money may the wages but without support the club is lifeless
I wish to say more but my head is feeling a bit jumbled at the moment however I would like get your opinions on how the club should be run?

20 Jan 2016 22:21:32
I agree with you Gee but I do not think you will get Morgan and Moxy to agree to that. They do not know how to be tranparaent it would show them for what they are.
I am not talking about paying out zillions for players but I do expect good buys that will enhance us in the here and now not all "he is one for the future" lark.
They have made a handsome profit on Afobe. When all costs are deducted there should still be a healthy amount that can be used to bring in new talent. Morgan, Moxey and Thelwell have known this for several months, not the week it happened but several months before, it was evident to most level headed fans But do we have a list of potential players? Looks like the answer is an emphatic no
Same as happened for ther past 2 years and this year we KNOW thay have the money.
So for me now its simple I will NOT renew my season ticket I am a supporter of 60 years man and boy and these people are as bad as the bHattis.

{Ed003's Note - for clarity of the site this is just your opinion.}

20 Jan 2016 22:23:14
It is betrayal of the highest order by Morgan and Moxey.

21 Jan 2016 08:17:15
Sorry Ed yes folks this is just my humble opinion
But just check Moxey's history prior to being with Wolves, both Stoke and Partick went through the same situations and do not progress until he had left. Just look at his history at Stoke did exactly same. Now look at them since he left.

{Ed001's Note - to be fair it is difficult to know how much of Stoke's progression was down to foundations he built.}

21 Jan 2016 08:55:15
To be fair though ed in the case of Wolves the amount of time he has been with usif has laid foundations they are pretty weak.

{Ed001's Note - I am just trying to put the other side across mate, I have no idea which side is correct, as I have not looked into it closely to see if he can take any credit for the Stoke rebuild or if it was getting rid of him that did it. But it just seems a bit unfair to assume it was getting rid of him that did it when infrastructure changes take years to show their effects.}

21 Jan 2016 09:52:21
Ed001 is Jez in disguise, hello Jez wheres the money gone? You have let is down again ;)

{Ed001's Note - if only, he earns many times what I do!}

Well how depressing is it that despite making something like 6.5m profit on Afobe that we can't find anybody at the right price- i. e. nothing?!
Who would want to join at the moment? Young, talented players want to create a career for themselves, right in line with Wolves strategy, however no-one will want to sign but raw, up and coming talent who will be sold on. This strategy cannot be right, we need some experience but the only mature players that would join will be those on the way down. At the moment this is a club without a future, condemned to mediocrity by a management without vision or ambition, who will not sell at a reasonable price. As a supporter for 40 years I despair, another low ebb!

21 Jan 2016 06:26:47
I totally agree, I won't be purchasing a season ticket for next year. I am fed up with the same crap coming out of their mouths. what sir jack would make of it, heaven knows. morgan and moxey need to get real, we will never get out of this league. well they might take us downagain.

21 Jan 2016 08:18:19
I agree no renewal for next season it will be the only thing they understand.

20 Jan 2016 17:58:17
It now seems that Moxey is sending Jackett out to deliver the usual transfer window message of woe, for god sake man have some dignity and tell these clowns where to go, you are not the best manager in the world but you are better than this joke of a club.

20 Jan 2016 21:40:23
I wouldn't be surprised if he left.

20 Jan 2016 10:44:54
It's the end of the road well stay up this season and after than and so on but that's all wolves will ever be.

20 Jan 2016 15:23:31
Well jacketts let the cat out of the bag, we have no money to spend on anyone of any worth so expect more of the same as the summer signing just down right rubbish players that we are going to be left with when a new manager comes in. Will take a good 3 seasons to clear the crap out.

20 Jan 2016 10:00:09
I'm sorry.
This could possibly be my last post.
I find this the hardest thing in the world to say, but after reading this morning E&S I can only draw one conclusion.

WOLVES ARE DYING. ITS TIME TO STOP DREAMING. OUR CLUB IS BEING BLEED DRY AND ITS DYING ON ITS A**E.

After reading that this morning I can honestly say that this is my saddest day as a Wolves supporter. The Bhattis, losing Play Off semis. Nothing, NOTHING compares to this.

I just can't say anymore.

20 Jan 2016 11:11:16
Hi Tom what is it you have read?
What article was it can't seem to find one for this morning.

20 Jan 2016 14:03:05
Must be Kenny saying we can't find the right player for the right price is this Kenny's way of throwing in the transfer towel because if Moxey isn't authorising transfers Kenny needs I can see him walking away.

20 Jan 2016 18:02:24
If we don't bring in a striker then yes, it will be a fight until the end of the season. If, and as gut-wrenching as it is after last year to say if, we stay up then the club would be a very favourable project for a new owner. Morgan may even accept £30-35m if he's really taking the majority of the Afobe cash.
It's frustrating but be assured Tom; times have been far worse than they are now. Fancy playing fourth division football? Training in a car park?! 10th place in the second division and a £6m academy (funded entirely by Morgan) don't sound so bad. Also keep with you the words us deranged but hopeful fans abide by:

OUT OF DARKNESS COMETH LIGHT.

20 Jan 2016 19:24:04
Fellas surely I wasn't the only one to see this coming.
It's got Morgan and Moxey written all over it.
We will get a loan signing late next week
(Somebody nobody else wants)
Maierhoffer or Sagbo most probs.
Morgan on his way back, all the potential buyers have been a very poor smokescreen.
Morgan wants out nobody wants in.

20 Jan 2016 19:36:04
Out of Moxey cometh sh!

20 Jan 2016 19:43:30
Fair enough we can't find the right players at the right price. That's austerity cut the suit to match the cloth, but surely on that basis we can't afford the luxury of Mr Moxey on his salary. Ideal if you wanting to sell 10 million pound players but that era has just gone. We need a new young cheap inexperienced CEO from the to train up and fit with the rest of the club. Keeping him while not spending on players is the same as selling the horse to buy a saddle.

20 Jan 2016 21:49:29
Haha realist but Moxey we only know by reputation it's clear what Kenny's statement means and it's what we kind of knew it's Moxey's words not his he is telling us straight and he isn't happy. Is he really going to go into next season wasting his time with a depleted squad the rest of this season? He can walk now and when managers start getting sacked in the next couple of months he will find a job quick enough.

20 Jan 2016 09:24:00
Awful comments from KJ saying we can't find the right players for the right price. stop trying to sign players for 500k Max then! I know it's not KJ's fault, can't believe that we sell a player for £10-£12Mill and we can't even find a replacement, how did they not have names ready they must have known he was going in Jan. Ambition at the club is shocking.

20 Jan 2016 10:10:31
I'm not a JACKETT fan as u know, but surely with the lack of finance, lack of ambition around the club and the uncertainty I could understand if he walked away. He is a safe pair of hands in this league and would soon find another job.

20 Jan 2016 21:15:35
Well said Mr 'T'

20 jan 2016 08:57:59
jackett says we can't find a striker for the right price, how much do we need, if washington went for £2.5 mill. williamson not close either, get it sorted asp,

20 Jan 2016 09:54:54
its realy worrying, now our scouting/ recruitment department must be having a winter break thelwell sunning himself in the glory of afobes profit instead of lining up a suitable replacement it took qpr 3 days to replace Austin they took the gamble. THELWELL MOXEY OUT.
