DS expects a mass exodus of players because they won't want to play in L1. Why ever not? How can they think they are above L1 if we get relegated on Saturday. Ian H

Because they all believe they were playing well and the rest of the team wasn't?

deano says he wants to be here next season? then he says he wants to keep gorks enough said complete loony

What he says and what goes are two different things. Why Gorkss would want to stay with us I really don't know, although I understand he has the option to make the move permanent if he wants to.

Isn't he on 20k per week? Or is that a rumour?

Gorks his nothing special, deano has not got a clue, I fear for our club next year if he his manager, watched saturday rubbish, no leader on the park, doyle and henry argueing, defence crap no creativity in midfield, nobody up front to win ball in the air or hold ball up, the lot wants clearing out, I will not waste my money watching wolves play the way they are, with a manager who only plays hoof ball, might has well bring back batth, hammill and mcalindon for last game, anybody except that line up saturday it was so negative and they played that deap at back could not watch that every week, and deano says we missed loads of chances, what planet his he on, nice guy but not for wolves. wolfy

No thank you, whilst I acknowledge he has come to us at a difficult time he doesn't impress. His first touch is always his last touch. Rather have big George and Danny Bahtt at centre halfs in L1.

I've always considered myself to be of sound mind and I have no concrete proof to the contrary except for a receipt for my new season ticket. I seem to remember Mr Moxey saying that on relegation to League 1 all season ticket holders would receive a refund. As this is looking more and more likely, I'm just waiting to hear what form this refund will take. Call me cynical but I bet it is in the form of vouchers to be spent - guess where? - got it in one - The Club Shop. I've always thought refund meant cash so this could be interesting.

I dreamt last night that we beat Brighton 8-0 - wish I could have stayed asleep really. Stranger things have happened, we could still escape but, then again I'm not quite of sound mind am I?

I told everyone, Doyle back to Reading he doesn't want to play in league 1 and he owes Reading

Celtic or Reading? Champions league or Championship?

The players that will be leaving are as Follows Johnson, Doyle, O'Hara, Ward, Foley, Hammill, SEB, Henry, Stearman, Hennessey, Margreitter & Peszko (though only a loan player).

Hunt and Edwards will be offered new contracts but their wage will reflect in the league they are playing in, should they get promoted back to the championship their wages will go up.

A number of the youth team will be promoted to the first team. Jamie Tank and Liam McAlinden will 100% be key players to our promotion push next season (as far as the youth team promotions go).

Wolves will also look to strengthen their squad with some loan signings. Sako, Boukari & Doumbia do not need to be sold as their wages are not as high as other players, moving on depends if somebody comes in for them / transfer requests.

This list is no real surprise to many but it is 100% true and over this Summer will happen. The main plan is to come straight back up.

Probably more of a wish list than anything else but it focuses the mind nonetheless.
Doyle, O'Hara, Johnson, £6m+ in wages off the books no surprise there. And for professional pride reasons, if for no other, should be gone by early summer.
Hennessey really doesn't need League 1 on his CV, well overqualified so a likely mover.
Peszko, loan up so likely to go given his failure to feature.
Stearman almost a done deal at this stage, can't be too far off.
So that's six so far and hardly any surprise.
Of the next six Margreitter, Ward, Foley, Hammill, Henry and SEB, that's a little more difficult.
Margreitter is a CB who hasn't played and we need someone here so would you let him go that quickly? Would Tank be better, even ready? We need to think the defensive options.
There is interest for Hammill, likewise for SEB, as we know out of contract but injured, possible long rehab.
Ward, Foley and Henry - who knows, Mick might come a-calling, but not for all three.
There's another six you haven't mentioned e. g. Sako, Siggy, etc, Solbakken's buys - be interesting to see how attractive they might find L1 football, should that be the outcome on Saturday. I wouldn't bet against movement here all things considered.

Guess we'll just have to wait and see. wolfshead.

Right let's be honest the board made the mistake of keeping mm when we stayed up last game in the prem v Blackburn he should have been given a pay off a big thank you for what he had done as it was clear he hasn't got the skills needed to build a prem side. We can all knock moxey for not letting managers spend millions but in realistic terms he is keeping the club in the black which is his job but my problem is that it is moxey who said yes to these big so called contracts our players are on. As for player purchases they haven't been great for years we missed out on so many players to mention its unreal the Ricky lamberts, le fondre, ince, schmiecal how much did these players go for hardly anything compared to the utter rubbish we have been buying. Imo we lack what scares defenders the most players with pace if you have pace you scare teams at any level this is known but yet our great scouting system and managers seem to completely over looked this. As for the future if we get rid nearly all the crap we have at the minute I hope we bring in young hungry quick attacking players and young hungry defenders the likes of Robinson who we have at the minute. Throwing money at a problem isn't always the answer as we have seen with other clubs like qpr it's how it is spent and IMO I don't think Deano is the man for the job I'd like to see a young manager like Karl Robinson or maybe a cheeky check on Darren ferguson with a director of football who actually has a footballing back ground the likes of graham turner or taylor or even a ray Wilkins as I think this could be a massive help in us once again becoming a well established top flight club

The post was going well until Darren Ferguson was mentioned, look at his record and he is only marginally better than Downo.

Wolves need a proven battler for the next few years and as much as it grates, and makes me question my own sanity Neil Warnock would be better

looks like dean will be here next year, along with morgan and moxey, deano vows to clearout the deadwood, and to rebuild the wolves in to a great club again source wolvesnow birm mail

The thought of Moxey and Saunders being here next season makes me feel physically sick. There is no light at the end of this tunnel, all I can see is mid table hoof ball mediocrity in the lower leagues.

Please God not Saunders for another season, I was hoping he and The Oil Slick would be replaced. P. J.

If Dean wants to clear out the deadwood he might start with Moxey, then himself. Having cleared the dry rot the rebuilding might begin.

I can't see morgan selling up until all the premier relegation money has been snaffled up. just more cuts with playing staff etc trying to recoup more money for his tomato face backpocket :- (

I want to know who makes these decisions to let certain players go such as guediora, milijas, van damme, griffiths and even to a certain extent zubar. oh yea and the infamous craddock to stoke a few years back. all players that have and would of made a big difference to us this season yet here we are stuck with the likes of henry ward etc etc you couldn't make it up!

Most of them by Mad Mick
