Karl Henry - Did very little. Then gave away a stupid free kick. Led to goal. Then gets substituted. Cue fiftenn minutes of attacking football and Sako scoring in the dying minutes.

Please Please Please. Send him back to Stoke. Or Hednesford. Anywhere but here. Our "captain" doesn't know how to steer.

Get rid of him and watch the mood of the players and fans lift

If life was fair, we'd send him to Sandwell Town; let him do to them what he's done to us.

Worst captain in Wolves history, and also up there as one of the worst defenders, can someone please tell me what Henry offers to the team? Answers on the back of a stamp please!

Like the defence with some confident play, but hoofing it to Doyle is not an attacking strategy. Davis for Henry was positive, OHara lacks finesse, liked Siggy, he was unlucky and I think will come good. We need a striker who can win and hold the ball. And score! Quite few of the loud guard not playing, which is a good move.

I also thought that Davis made a huge improvement to the teams flow of play when he came on for henry, he is very cool on the ball and knows how to pass in the right direction, I don't think Henry is terrible but at this time I would choose davis over him.

I was going to say the same thing. Henry tackles and looks back, we can do better without. As for those that knock Sako, he's world class. Quick feet, great vision but why the hell on the right? Saunders ain't got a clue, I'm sure he thinks it's funny as well?

Agree siggy was our best player and does need strike partner up there who can hold ball up with him, henry not same player needs moving on best for himself and wolves, sako on right was terrible decision, and hunt in team before hammill or peszcho cannot get my head round that decision, but manager must have is reasons why he is not playing either one of them

Not exactly convincing tonight but a point is a point. Hopefully we can push on. Desperate for a goal scorer, Cassidy looked ok but could do with a start. Davis gave us a bit of well needed energy. Roll on Tuesday.

Did you notice how angry their players were even when they conceeded corners? We need that hunger

01 Mar 2013 21:46:04
they "put a shift in" tonight
henry cost us another win!
looked better when he went off!

I'm almost embarrassed we got a point with that dross! That was just awful to watch as a Wolves fan! Now shape, no plan, no idea! Moxley and Morgan should be in the office all weekend trying to work out how they can sort this fine mess they've got us all into!

OK junior, repeat after me: His name is not Moxley, it's Moxey. His name is not Moxley, it's Moxey. His name is not Moxley, it's Moxey. Repeat 1000 times until you can regularly get it right.

That's very harsh. It was a decent fighting performance by the lads and a thoroughly well merited result against the Italians. Well done the Wolves. wolfshead.

Who is this 'Moxley' that keeps getting mentioned? . if you're going to lambast the guy at least get his name right!

I wish getting Moxey/ Moxley / Mutley / Mostly / Muppety / would solve the performances and style of play - pish poor from first game in charge to now - terry connor at least had a passing game not long ball league 1 style - smae results though granted

Where is the f. in L in moxey

I'm glad we are all so bothered about getting the spelling right for the Fat Controller! Moxley, Moxey who cares! Glad you're all so bothered about that when we are in the situation we are currently! Unless its Jez himself correcting everyone!

It you do read these posts Jez listen to this! You won't get another penny from me while the clueless clown Dumbo is manager!

Wow that will make him sit up and take note!

02 Mar 2013 14:44:27
I think Saunders is getting off very lightly on here. According to twitter report from Martin Swain, no rhythm, no cohesion and no sense of progress. We nicked a goal because Watford took their foot off the pedal. Saunders is just not good enough and no matter where we re next season, shouldn't 't be running our team

01 Mar 2013 21:38:33
Was Don Goodman watching the same match?Thought we played well tonight and he just slagged us off! Knob.

I think it was you watching the wrong match tonight.

Don Goodman has a sandwell town badge on his golf bag. take no notice of him, he ain't one of us!

01 Mar 2013 21:12:47
What a joke! Go get Howe from Bournemouth or an up and coming manager similar and give him a 5 year contract! Bring Graham Turner or dare I say it Graham Taylor in as Director of Football! That Clown and his side kick haven't a f**king clue!

Don't start posting about Di Canio and other good managers because they ain't coming to Div 1! For all of you who said Deano is the man he will sort this lot out are you ready for a slice of something humble! Jokers!

The futures bright the futures Dumbo!

And if this up and coming manager turns out to be worse than Saunders do you still give him five years when you haven't even given Saunders five minutes.

Tell me what you've seen from the Saunders revolution that gives you any hope! The slightest glimmer! There's no shape, no idea, no plan, nothing! Ho is inept and it doesn't take anybody with the slightest ounce of football knowledge to realise it! He's a clown, makes Barry Fry look like Brian Clough in his prime as a manager! Laughable

01 Mar 2013 20:42:18
watford keep the ball, wolves ball back to the goalkeeper or defenders and boot long, giving it back to watford. I may have only played amateur football but I could play the ball on the ground and to a teammate. I was only paid £30 to do this, yet these highly paid 'stars' are incapable of it. SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE, FOOTBALL IS NO LONGER KICK AND RUSH!

01 Mar 2013 20:24:13
Stephen hunt really struggling tonight 40 mins gone

If Hunt is the answer, what the hell was the question?

Who looks like a shaggy from scooby doo and chases anything that moves (ball / opponents / team mates / ball boys / referee) - answer - Stephen Hunt

01 Mar 2013 19:54:06
Just hearing Nile ranger has left Newcastle Fc, were no. 1 to sign him.

We are so poor! No confidence at all and Saunders does not instil it!

Nile ranger is on bail for rape and has scored a massive 3 goals in 51 games

01 Mar 2013 19:46:42
" as long as the players perform close to their best. " Oh how inspiring mr Saunders. Pathetic, the guy should be positive and give a speech like Pacino in any given Sunday telling the players to work every inch for each other. Might as well just play Leonard Cohens greatest hits for all the positivity Saunders gives off.

Waiting eagerly for the post match comments. "We could have won that one. "

No Dean we couldn't. Bakory Sako just saved that one.

Lol to original post! Only thing that's made me smile this evening! Dumbo is only going to take us down! Even if by some act of God and 3 clubs go into administration and we stay up because our accounts are in order I'd still bin the clown off! Come back TC all is forgiven!

Got it wrong with wide mid players again in my opinion, also think is decisions are costing us, giving opponents to much respect, why was sako on right, he was awful there, hunt didn't look fit, its alright trying these players out if we were safe but we are not, we were also to deap again inviting them on to us with no outball, which to be honest is not very nice football to watch especially at home, we only played higher up field when we went a goal behind again

01 Mar 2013 19:29:37
Saunders in the very off chance you read these threads. Play Psezcko not rocket science is it.

01 Mar 2013 18:54:18
I heard somebody say that Stale would cycle back to Wolves if Morgan wanted him back. But doesn't appear in this interview. Maybe it was a question latter on in the show. What Stale says makes a lot of sense to me. I didn't want him to go. I really want Morgan to give him a ring telling him to get on his cycle.

If any of you are protesting tonight hope a few of you have signs saying get Stale back.

If he was here we certainly would be in a better position than we are in now. Players coming back from injury would have helped him out a lot. Out of interest how many people would like Stale to come back Like for yes and Disagree for no. Thanks

GET STALE BACK :)

TWOLF

Noticed how his star player Doumbia is dominating matches and winning the midfield for us.
Now compare that to how Watford have had to survive with loan players.

01 Mar 2013 17:08:57
reads headline on express and star, 'wolves duo told they will get their chance again'
and says to myself if better not be foley and ward!
and ofcourse I read it saying foley and ward will get another chance. yay looking forward to it.

One line that sums up FP interview. 'I have had many sleepless nights, some nights me or my wife have to go into the spare room because I am tossing and turning'

I wonder how many of those sleepless nights came when you were off skiing.

All the guy does is say some BS about how he no longer supports liverpool and he's pig sick about the situation we are in. and you all sit back and say awwwww he really does care, we have been so hard on him. Then he finishes you off with the if fans don't want me anymore ill go line. and you all feel guilty because of how much stick you have given him.

It still don't change the fact that he has lied to us and has made terrible decisions over the years.

01 Mar 2013 16:51:11
very interesting the projected 6.5 million loss now i'm no financial wizard but things don't stack up. let's look back to the start of last season we spent 7 million on ohara and johnson we go down and raise 28 million in sales we spend ten million we get 16 million in parachute payments I beleive so mr morgan where has the money gone and yes your cherry picked audience wednesday may want you to stay but most wolves fans would happily wave you on ya way. tell you what mr morgan fans who renew on the early bird are the true fans so ask them to vote should I stay or should I go put up or shut up mr morgan. {Ed001's Note - have you taken into account the paying up of contracts that needs to be done each time you sell a player? That usually amounts to millions, ie Joe Cole leaving Liverpool accepted a reduced figure of around £3m, and that was about half of the amount he was due.}

Quite agree, just broken promise after broken promise. We all know that if you are a loyal supporter you stay with your team thru thick and thin. Once a Liverpool fan then always a Liverpool fan if you respsct yourself. Sorry Morgan the transplant failed! Give us our club back, you have shown your true colours. UTW

No contract costs if you sell player to another club. Payment negotiated when contract cancelled by mutual consent or sold on free. {Ed001's Note - utter rubbish. That is simply not true. The only time that you might (and I do mean might because it depends on the contract) not have to pay up, is when a player hands in a written transfer request. Hence why so many times a player is asked to do so, in order to get a transfer to go through. Such as Torres when he went to Chelsea.}

In that case Fletch, Judas and Jarvo all put in transfer requests

Come on Wanderers, come on Wanderers!!! WE can do this EBW

Yeah, Come on Wolves. Batter 'em for us (and yourselves, of course). I'll be watching you.

Redbird

There is a closet wolves fan amongst the bluebirds. oops sorry, redbirds!

I summoned the Gods for that goal tonight. they repaid me for my efforts, I thank you! EBW

Just watched SS on tv from last night. came across as very respectful and made some interesting points. Starting to think that it really is as simple as the TEAM that need changing. I know this is easier said than done.

Its probably unlikely to happen but here's hoping for 2:1 tonight with the crowd behind the team.

Just watched the Stale interview. I wanted to give him a season and I really do think we have missed a trick with Stale.

Its obvious that its certain players in the team that are letting us down along with the two numpties who thought a chirpy chappy was all that was needed to turn our season round! Not an intelligent footballing man who told them to get rid of certain players and spend some money. Who have been the best players this year and have the most skill? I think you will find that is mostly Stale's signings! Nevermind being a Wolves fan is never easy!

01 Mar 2013 11:30:50
If we do get Simon church he might accually score a fair few goals look at Yeovil they signed paddy madden from a league 1 team his strike rate was poor now he's top scorer in league 1 just saying don't judge him untill he comes in if he does

Simon Church scores 1 goal in 7 games. He's a donkey.

What you clearly don't know is that to get the best out of a forward play to his strengths weather it's main second poacher target man etc give the guy a chance not even saying he will come

01 Mar 2013 09:57:27
come on wolves, big game tonight, oh what's happened the striker we were getting more lies? I till belive in the wsa don't belive morgan, still every ones choice its a free world no matter what happnes i'm a wolfie till I die

Agree big game tonight, need a win badly, its points we need now, so stop all protests, and let's get behind team and stop moaning, end of season is time to moan when we now were we are, morgans faced the fans and told them what he thinks can't do no more than that, even interested in an invester if there's one out there, what else do you want him to do wolves fans

Has anyone else noticed that among Watford's legion of loan players is one Geoffrey Mujangi Bia? What price him scoring against us tonight if he plays?

01 Mar 2013 09:10:24
Looking at a couple of interviews on the net, one with Solbakken and one with O'hara, you get the feeling its not only Doyle who thinks Solbakken should of been given more time. Maybe most of the squad weren't unhappy until now, going back to hoof ball.

Very interesting comments about the 10-20 percent of players who wouldn't buy into it.

Wonder who they might be?

Would stale come back as DOF?

01 Mar 2013 05:40:32
Get real over sako people scores a few goals yeah but half the time he's lazy and does nothing.

Lazy? Without him we would have no creativity, he is the only one who does anything with the ball. I suppose you think Henry, Ward, Slowhara, and Sylvain eats cake are all higher performers in your eyes. Clueless

01 Mar 2013 05:02:11
I am amazed by the sudden pity for Morgan and how all it takes is a few lines of BS and it brainwashes everyone. Everyone has forgotten that he has lied to us 2 seasons on the trot about investment in january with the same old "we were interested, put offers in but not accepted" line. We new we were going to struggle before January 1st so why did we not do anything until February 12th! To me this is unforgivable and this delay will be the reason that we go down. How do other teams manage to sign players?
Yes it is the players fault for not performing, and yes it is DS and SS's fault for not gearing them to better results, but above all its the people who have failed to back up their promises, made knee jerk decisions made on a whim regarding appointments, and seem willing to see Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club go to the dogs.

Can you say if he really wanted what was right for the club that he would have appointed Dean Saunders? Do you think he thought, who would the fans like? No. Because as I said before I bet if you asked every season ticket holder who there top 3 "realistic" choices would have been for the job. I wager that not 1 of them would have Saunders on that list.

So you lot can carry on your dreamy daze after a few soothing words on a Wednesday night that have solved the problem in your eyes. Just wait until you come back to reality with a bump tonight.

So Morgan and your lapdog Moxey, I still want you out of my club. Cash in your chips on what has been a very lucrative tenure for you both, but before you leave do us one favour. Sell it to someone who wants to own a piece of history and wants to relive that history with Wolves, a chairman who will be in the stands each week with the old gold and black scarf worn proudly round their neck ( Not off skiing when the club is struggling). And above all someone who is honest and keeps their promises to the lifeblood of the club. the fans.

I gather this will get quite a few dislikes from the brainwashed monkeys out there but it had to be said.

Scaramanga

Tell me what club consults its fans on manager choice??
EBW

I agree with all the above. If we have a wage bill of £25 million pounds in this league and and staring at another relegation, someone has not done a very good job at running things. Moxey should go and now!

EBW if you read I didn't say a chairman should ask the fans, I said he should take into account the potential impact of an appointment on the fans

Well said and the bull about years ago looking for the wolves result after his liverpool what a laff

Lets just get behind them and if we do survive which looks very grim at moment we can see what the 2ms will do

And have the fans dictate who comes. Steve Bruce? EBW

01 Mar 2013 01:18:31
i think following the fans parliment meeting its time to get off morgans back. yes things are not going well but it is clear to see he does care bout the club and to be honest i'd much rather morgan than some foreigner who could potentially ruin us like blackburn, forest, blues etc. People criticise morgan for not spending but the figures don't lie, 73m on players to be honest is a massive amount, and its not his fault the managers who have had the money have bought s***.

01 Mar 2013 09:32:19
nows the time to keep on he's nearly at time to leave us, few soppy words wins fans over, get grip he's a money buisness man talk a good 1 with no action protest and get out
