On the train back from Wigan today I must have heard "where's the toilet" a couple of dozen times.
It's a frigging train so it stands a good chance it's off the corridor somewhere!

StevebullStand-So excited, Stale's conference is tommorow.Hopefully he will announce what players he will try to bring.
Why would he announce what players he wants to bring in.surely he needs to asses the squad first, and i don"t think he would want to alert other clubs as to what he is up to in the transfer market.
Unlikely. That's going to be for us to speculate and get completely wrong for the next few months.
It will be a scripted announcement probably written by Moxey.

Solbakken was outside mol today with a tv crew checking out the stadium. He looked very sharp business dress, happy and an approachable guy. I didn't speak to him he didn't look intimidating like Collina.Good luck Stale we are behind you
WRONG! Stale was in Norway today , Jez Moxey confirmed on Friday Stale could not be there due to other plans.

Stale was outside mol, I know Moxey said he wouldn't be at Wigan game due to other commitments but that doesn't mean he's in Norway. I know who and what I saw a tv crew and Stale with the new stand in the background wearing a black suit. Let's wait for the clip!

thank god this season is over. hope the new boss can get us back up, i know it"s hard to compete with top six but we should be able to compete with teams like norwich. swansea. villa. fulham. qpr. wba. and if we carn"t then it"s pointless being in the prem
Exactly. A handful of wins against them would have made a huge difference. After that false sense of secutity at the end of the Villa match (and we were top for a couple of hours and 10-1 against relegation), we looked like that team from 2006 that finished bottom last time we went down.

Stale Solbakken will bring players from all over Europe from his £15m budget plus he will get added from players sold. Hopefully he can bring players from his old relegated club Cologne in the summer as well as players from Sweden,Norway,Denmark,Finland,Germany,Spain and Holland.

at Copenhagen and Cologne he must o f done some scouting with the clubs in Across Europe. So players that were good and he liked, he might not of had the chance to sign them so at WOLVES he could look back at the players he liked and bring them here.

Solbakken was part of management team at both Copenhagen and Koln which included DOF. The DOF will be announced so that ready to start on 1 July if not before as will his long term No2. The DOF will assist rather than run the roost as was the case at Copenhagen.
Also its worth noting all was not well at Koln prior to fans favourite Schafer returning 4 games from season end.
Expect front foot football from him as the teams defensive strengths were his downfall in Germany. Similarities to Holloway who many were championing for the position - though without the baggage.
Has all but 1 season in Denmark 2008 delivered prior to Norway and then Koln coming calling. The latter a blip on a very promising CV. But Koln's loss is Wolves gain as the man would not have considered us if his success had continued as it would have been one of European elite who would have tied up his services.
Its worth pointing out that style of English football is much more like that in Scandanavian leagues than German.
Stale will deliver you mark my words. We will be back among the elite come end of next season - we have to be patient all will not be plain sailing and some of the bigger names will go. We have to hold open minds and not judge to sudden.

Connor has still got to go.he has been "coaching" them for what seems like ever.Why then can't they pass a ball straight, or defend
I believe that Stale will be impeded by this and must be allowed to have his own staff around him,now he may well be bringing them(hopefully)if not then he will have one boot full of cement (Connor) slowing him down

and for some of those players well we all can see who were the favourites, the ones who kept spouting off in the papers things like connor is great.
