Gee wolf.

Sounds like you've given up Moxey-car spotting! To answer your point about what the club is worth, the net worth of the 1986 company was just over £1.8 mil on 31st May 2015.

The 1986 company is owned by another Morgan-owned Wolves company, and is just one link in a chain of companies owned by Bridgemere PLC. What these other companies are worth is probably neither here nor there, the relevant one for us is the Wolves 1986 company.

This is all public information.

why would mr morgan want to sell club at 30million if it is only worth £1.8million pound?

Gee wolf.
It’s not straightforward. The property assets are owned by another Morgan/ Wolves company. You can find this on the website you looked at if you look at who owns the shares in the 1986 company. Then you need to look at who owns the shares in the company that owns the shares in the 1986 company! Morgan is asking about £30 mil for the 1986 company, plus, I assume, including the property assets held in the other Wolves company. He’s probably asking about the right price, but buyers are scarce. A buyer would need to understand Wolves and also be prepared to invest enough money in the club in order to really challenge for promotion. It’s not just the £30 mil asking price.
