Former Wolves manager Solbakken is in a strong position to replace national coach of Denmark, Morten Olsen, after Denmark suffered a disastrous 4-0 defeat at the hands of minors Armenia. Solbakken has stated that he'll not comment on the job, while Olsen is still in charge, but he states, that despite losing against Armenia, he still sees a huge potential in the national team, with talents like Christian Eriksen on the verge of international breakthrough.

I hope he gets it. But manager rumours are at best highly speculative. Think Redknapp/England.

Good luck to him, he should still be here. If he was we'd still be in the Championship.

No we wouldn't if he can't pick a team to beat Luton the he's useless the best match he done was vs Bristol city 4-1 rubbish football rubbish tactics rubbish manager

Should never have been sacked when he was, the culture was poisoned and he was trying to fix it, it takes time

Feel sorry for denmark. wolfy

He should never have been sacked.

Norwich lost to Luton in the next round, or don't you remember that?! Try giving Luton credit instead of berating SS for the defeat all the time!

The clowns who wanted STS out couldn't see the bigger picture. Who did we get to replace him? Downo!

can someone explain to me why we are waiting to pre-season to sell players. we have stated we have a 25 million wage bill is that not 2 million+ a month so why waste 2 million paying players for june who we are clearly selling in july. newportwolf

Players. agents, all on hols so you might find deals in place but not confirmed till we return to pre season

Because potential employers don't want to pay players to be on holiday either. My guess is most clubs will wait until the last week of the transfer window before buying our players - They know we need to sell in our position.

Doesnt matter if they sighn wolves big earners now doing nothing, because that's all they will do when the season starts, exactly nothing for there new clubs on big money, but one thing I can guarantee, they will talk a good game of football. wolfy

Good point DAT. The exception might be Doyle/Celtic as they might want to have him on board well before 3 August.

I have heard that when we signed Sako and Boukari that Boukari was the higher rated out the two! (by professionals not fans) If we can keep him maybe he will be our league 1 Ronaldo lol. It would be nice to at least see him play half a season for us. Especially when he has only played 4 games for us and cost around £3M. We won't get anywhere near that now if we were to sell. I just hope we don't have another Mouyokolo on our hands.

Boukari can anyone tell me what has happened to him looked a very good player before injury, are we going to keep or sell him can anyone tell me please. wolfy

News on him has been really thin on the ground. The last I heard was he will be ready for pre-season and that was months ago. I hope he will be fully fit and that he stays with us. I see him as our star player in L1.

Leeds fan in peace here.
We've been linked with Stephen Hunt (and Noel) and I was just wondering what you all thought of him?
I remember him doing quite well in the Premiership a few years ago but didn't hear anything of him last year, what happened?
Thanks in advance & I hope to see you back up here sooner rather than later.

Gives his all fair play he will do good for u

Hunt will give his all (when fit) he's just not consistent. one week prem level, next week sunday league, still him and SEB are the only ones i'm sad to see leaving us!
M420

He was probably our best player at the end of last season and is a real tryer, would do well for you I think as he already knows your gaffer. good luck

If injury free he will give you everything but does spend a lot of time in the treatment room.

Top bloke! 100% effort plenty of ability but unfortunately a sick note. You'll get 10 games a season out of him if you're lucky

Thanks guys, here's hoping if we do sign him he stays fit! Good luck for next season.

Play him wide on the left alongside Doyle and that is quite a reasonable goal source.

He gave us hope when it was probably a bit too late. He goes through good and poor spells. Comes across as a nice guy.

Moxey said the board know wot they are doing, well Mr. Oilslick we will soon find out. P. J.

Well he would say that, wouldn't he.

Once talked to mr. moxey, told him you don't know nothing to which he replied, I do know nothing, end of story. wolfy

Leigh griffiths WILL be our new bully (for one season at least) he's raw tough and can got powerful shots I can't wait for him to have a run in first team. Kevin Davies (hopefully) our Mutch for one season and were back up with youth and no over paid leaches (hopefully)

Still don't like moxey or Morgan but there here so just got put up and shut up until they fail again ( hopefully I'm wrong)

Ill pay to watch young and hungry league one

I won't pay to watch over paid and can't be arsed championship

A lot of hope but that's all we've got

Come on you wolves

I know we'd rather see our team playing Man United and Chelsea, but only if we have a sensible chance of winning.

I'd rather see us put some wins together before we start contemplating what might have been. We could do with some local heroes - who have been thin on the ground since the Foley-Jarvis-Kightly-SEB promotion days.
