The Express are reporting that wolves are second in the race to sign Ballotelli be hind Newcastle PLEASE GOD HE SIGNS FOR NEWCASTLE!,

sdav78

1.) 04 Jan 2019 14:24:50
The Express are well known for fantasy so I wouldn't read too much into it.

2.) 04 Jan 2019 14:49:51
I know he's not everyone's cup of tea but I'd certainly take him. PL winner, Italy international, good goalscoring record at the highest level (except Liverpool) . No longer getting in trouble. Rather have him over Tammy Abraham, but each to his own I suppose.

3.) 04 Jan 2019 16:27:02
No chance lazy selfish player trouble maker Abraham any day over him.

4.) 04 Jan 2019 17:25:10
So Seagullwolf, you'd rather have an unproven player than a proven international who hasn't been in trouble in the last 5 years?

5.) 04 Jan 2019 17:45:31
This just lazy journalism rehash of a bs story from the summer.

Whilst it is blatantly obvious we need to strengthen especially the signing of a new goal scoring striker I don't think any thing major will be concluded in this window.
No need to pay inflated prices the team as is has done exceptionally well thus far let's have the rest of this season to fully assess what we have and make the right moves during the summer.

sdav78

1.) 18 Jan 2019 18:09:37
Dunno why they can't give Ashley-Seal a chance?

2.) 19 Jan 2019 09:48:49
Adams scored again last nite I see?

12 Jan 2019 20:39:45
What's the difference between Aston Villa and Rod Stewart?
Rod Stewart gets to play at the molineaux this season 😂😂😂😂
Can't take the credit for this it was on dingles site, funny though!

Once again piss poor finishing let's us down how the**** did we not get something from that game!

sdav78

{Ed025's Note - because liverpool were the better side sdav, wolves did themselves proud and were competitive against a very good team, you cant ask for much more mate..

1.) 22 Dec 2018 09:39:08
It's the difference between the top sides and the rest - they were clinical and we weren't. The fact that we matched them for a lot of the game and caused them problems bodes well if we can become more ruthless in front of goal. Not too many teams will carve out as many goalscoring chances against Liverpool as we did.

It was a free hit game for us and we played well. The match against Fulham is more important to ensure we take the points.

2.) 22 Dec 2018 10:07:43
Liverpool were the better team and imo the best side I've seen this season. We didn't disgrace ourselves and made some decent openings. Roll on Fulham 👍.

3.) 22 Dec 2018 11:20:23
But for a couple of bits of slack defending and a bit better finishing it could have been a different story. Otherwise I'm pleased with the effort. UTW.

{Ed025's Note - yeah noddy, but if my auntie had balls she would be my uncle mate.. :)

4.) 22 Dec 2018 12:56:58
Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit. If your auntie had balls she'd still be your auntie but she'd have balls.

{Ed001's Note - he is an Everton, trust me sarcasm is high art to them! ;-)

5.) 22 Dec 2018 13:52:31
The Fulham match is far more important as we can't afford to keep giving teams in the bottom six 3 points. need to maintain 'the gap'

Utw.

6.) 22 Dec 2018 17:21:29
What we need is a couple of clinical finishers to put away the many chances we create. IMO that is what’s needed ASAP. Fulham is going to be a tough game make no mistake about that. The difference between us and Liverpool is fine margins and the main one being clinical finishing, the ingredient we lack. Solve this problem and we can continue upwards. Still think we need another goal scoring midfielder and right back as well. Shopping at this time of year is a challenge, so maybe not much will happen. I hope we get some luck but wouldn’t be surprised with very little. Not many teams want to let their best go half way through a season do they? ⚽️😉👍.

7.) 22 Dec 2018 17:54:54
The result is poor now when the Palace/ Man City result is taken into account. A result against Fulham is a priority or we are back in trouble.

8.) 23 Dec 2018 12:41:23
Here we go one loss in 3 and you go into panic mode, we will not be in trouble and our result against Liverpool was not poor.
Give your head a wobble.

9.) 23 Dec 2018 16:54:19
We did well against one of the best teams in Europe, and one of the best strikers. We created chances and gave them thd odd scare. It did show the gap in depth and quality and that is something we can improve season on season. Some of our players are showing real improvement under Nuno.

10.) 23 Dec 2018 17:19:00
Hey Ed025, Conor Coady said if we'd have defended a bit better and taken our chances, it might have been different. What does your auntie/ uncles tackle tell you now?

{Ed025's Note - it tells me that conor does not know his arse from his elbow noddy, i think what he said could be the epitaph of every defeated team mate..talk about stating the bleedin obvious.. :)

11.) 23 Dec 2018 19:16:40
Hang on E025 this is becoming an anatomical nightmare you're leaving me without a leg to stand on. Anybody heard the latest Everton v Spurs score?

{Ed025's Note - ooh thats harsh noddy.. :)

12.) 23 Dec 2018 19:51:48
Sorry Ed025.

{Ed025's Note - not a problem noddy, i enjoy a bit of banter even if im on the receiving end mate..

Just been watching the all angle cameras of
Jimenez goal against Chelsea, yes great finish but MGW Take a bow great strength to hold of Fabregas and the weight of pass to Jimenez was absolutely perfect what a gem this kid is.

sdav78

1.) 14 Dec 2018 08:39:24
Yes it was perfect like he knew where Jiminez wanted it even with those players in between.

06 Nov 2018 08:52:52
If we are to get anything out of Bonatini he MUST go out on loan to a lower league where he will hopefully find it easier to hit the back of the net, he certainly isn't going to recover his confidence sat on the bench week in week out. If it doesn't work out thereafter he will have to go.!

sdav78

1.) 06 Nov 2018 10:33:53
Get rid asap, he's p--s poor.

2.) 06 Nov 2018 14:04:19
No he isn't PT it didn't take you long to start slating players again did it you was like this with other players in the past, I know you love the club mate but stop slating players whilst they wear gold they should get our full support regardless.
Bonatini just needs to get his confidence back, was he poor early last season when he was banging them in? No!
Strikers go through dry patches some lonbger than others instead of knocking the lad try getting behind him.

3.) 06 Nov 2018 14:47:53
Championship was his level, Prem no chance! And no I won't change my mind, seen to much of him.

4.) 06 Nov 2018 16:05:43
Didn't you once think league 1 was Coadys level too?

5.) 06 Nov 2018 17:19:34
Coady is good in a back 5, wouldn't cut it in a back 4.

6.) 06 Nov 2018 17:34:12
Coady wouldn't cut it as a Premier league midfielder either.

7.) 06 Nov 2018 17:59:34
So the rumours of a so called England call up are undeserved?

8.) 06 Nov 2018 18:34:28
Ok PT now i'm convinced you're on a wind up. Coady has proven he can cut it.

9.) 06 Nov 2018 19:07:04
Even Rooney has got an England call up 🤔.

10.) 06 Nov 2018 19:48:45
Bonatini is too slow for the Prem. He is closed down too quickly and can't react in time. It's a shame as he did very well early last season. I am baffled as to why we signed him on such a long deal. I have to agree with Paul on Coady, as a midfielder he was a headless chicken. He has definitely found his best position in a back 5. Talk of an England call up isn't a call up. Southgate said he needs to prove himself in the Prem first.

11.) 06 Nov 2018 21:29:44
Southgate contradicts himself. Look at his last squad when unproven players were called up.

12.) 06 Nov 2018 21:32:01
Mount, Maddison and Bettinelli, all unproven in the PL but all were called up.

13.) 06 Nov 2018 21:46:10
Surely that says it all, he is not deemed good enough by Southgate!

14.) 06 Nov 2018 23:00:10
No it says Southgate is a hypocrite he once said no to Coady as he didn't play in the Premiership last season.
Bottom line is we should get behind our players not slate them.

15.) 07 Nov 2018 09:38:00
I support them 100% in a Wolves shirt! But I'm not blind and will say when I don't think a player is good enough.

16.) 07 Nov 2018 12:33:43
Having an opinion after the match is what its all about. When they are on the field every player is cheered on and rightfully so. The problem the Wolves fan base has is a lot of them wear gold and black tinted glasses. We were always going to win and lose games in this league against what people class as poorer teams. Reality is we need to strengthen in all areas before thinking of Europe. I am actually really enjoying watching us this season as we are playing some fantastic stuff. Yes we need a goalscorer and yes the defence makes mistakes, but it is still shaping up to be a good season.
Southgate probably doesn't rate Coady, but instead of telling him that he made up an excuse.

17.) 08 Nov 2018 16:58:50
Our worst result is probably home to Watford but remember they have been in the old few years now and have never looked like being relegated so they saw us a a match they should win maybe we will beat them away.

Leave Cody alone, his distribution especially long ball passes from deep in our half are brilliant plus Cody’s form is more consistent than what can only be described as a hit and miss Neves this season.

I love Nuno but! How do you leave Cav out and play waste of space Traore down the middle? If you want someone to find the back of the net in that position Cav every day of the week in preference to Traore, I. Am seriously beginning to think this guy was a total waste of money.

I agree 1st goal offside, Stirling is a diving t**t if anything he had his arm across Bennett and Bolys red card shows the inconsistency of our refs as week on week worse two footed tackles where the offender doesn’t get the ball go unpunished, I think it was Carrager who said it wouldn’t have been given as a foul 10-15 years ago needs sorting by the FA.
As for men v boys really!
And Willy Boly has no need to hang his head in shame at all guy is a brilliant defender and made an unfortunate (debatable) tackle, how many games have you watched!
