According to reports mendes is in Portugal to iron out deal for a player been linked all summer will only be a loan deal as benfica really do like the 20 year old and do not want to sell the youngster but a loan deal should get over the line in next week! expect a busy period in the next week 4-5 out on loan or poss sales and 3 newbies in through the door players that nuno has previously worked with or players he signed while at other places that ain't worked since he left 1 or 2 highly rated players I just hope we land that 6ft 4 striker from ostrands.

The bull train

1.) 23 Jan 2018 10:03:11
What reports.

2.) 23 Jan 2018 10:54:41
Who are Ostrands?

3.) 23 Jan 2018 11:29:49
Swedish team, why do you ask?

4.) 23 Jan 2018 12:29:37
I want to look them up but Google hasn't got a record of Ostrands.

5.) 23 Jan 2018 12:46:06
What does that say.

6.) 23 Jan 2018 13:25:26
It's a wind up, it's all too vague. A bored baggie. They should focus on their own clubs demise.

7.) 23 Jan 2018 13:35:30
Oooh, look at me being all cryptic while still pedalling out the João Carvalho rumour.

I hope it's true, but cut the mystery bull.

8.) 23 Jan 2018 14:30:17

9.) 23 Jan 2018 15:00:13
Sorry guys but João Carvalho is not happening he has regained his place in the first team and looking to sign a new contract.

10.) 23 Jan 2018 16:07:09
Yeah I have seen a similar article, which basically said that through injuries and performance the lad has gone from under used squad player to one of the first names on the sheet in a VERY short space of time! Good luck to him but like ya say think it makes it unlikely that they will be letting him go, especially not on loan at least.

11.) 23 Jan 2018 16:12:37
I just plain don't get the fake posters, how empty must someones life be to do that?! Just makes me feel a bit sad for them imagine at work:
'what did you do last night Jim Bob? '
'Funny you should ask because I decided to fill the empty void that is my social life by going on to a rumour site and writing some nonsense in the hope it might wind a few people up. I have a vain hope that there angry responses may give my life some form of validation which I am other wise lacking but sadly it never really does'

Like I say just a bit pitiful more than annoying ; (.

12.) 23 Jan 2018 18:41:58
No signings in Jan
We have unrealistic offers on the table for players who won't sign for us.
Interesting loan players not willing to sign.
The trip to Spain is to try and persuade loaners to sign.
I am the realist
I tell it as it is
Love it hate it
But you can't argue
Have I ever let you down.

13.) 23 Jan 2018 19:02:34
Really hope you’re wrong on this occasion then. Find it hard to understand why the loan players would need convincing to sign. With the success of this season so far, regular football and great backing from the manager, fans, board etc why wouldn’t they? I understand that we are still not there yet but they must feel like they are part of something potentially very special!

14.) 23 Jan 2018 20:23:05
Other teams have done exactly the same this week. Leeds have, as an example. The warm weather trip isn't to try convince players to join. put your mystic meg ball away haha.

15.) 23 Jan 2018 20:59:46
The realist you really annoy me and have done for some time! Why would we need to convince players the opportunity to play in one of the best leagues in English premier league it makes no sense. Also if no signings are coming in then where are our goals coming from! Have you got an inside agent in Fosun I seriously doubt it!

16.) 23 Jan 2018 21:48:54
Realist you are very rarely right,
Your just a fantasist, I cannot recollect anything you have got correct. yet you come on here like some know it all. I can also tell you that the trip was not to convince players to sign lol. that's ridiculous. where do you get your news from? A cereal box?

17.) 24 Jan 2018 09:56:09
It is HILARIOUS to believe that the reason for the training camp is recruitment, just not how modern football (or business generally for that matter) is done! However did we sign Mir when we weren't out there on a training camp?! Like players from Spain are going to say 'well I was going to turn down a loan but now that your here face to face its just too embarrassing so I better just sign for you'!
I also have funny images of Nuno, in a long trench coat outside Valencia's training ground giving out 'The footballers guide to Wolverhampton'! Well done peeps, always good to start the day with a smile ;)

18.) 24 Jan 2018 10:07:39
No signings
Sorry to annoy
But you heard it here first.

19.) 24 Jan 2018 10:25:46
I mean we didn't 'hear it here first'because the Express have been suggesting as much all window. In fact they even put up an article saying exactly that about 4 hours ago. Top insider knowledge there, if only the rest of us had thought to read the local rag! ;)

20.) 24 Jan 2018 12:38:15
Express and star no everything don't they they are clueless like the rest of you I team sitting at the top ain't going to get people through the door gone on knees up to spain just for the fun of it with letting 3 go out on loan and poss sale of 2 players leaves wolves short on cover we all no how good the b team is so most of you sit here reading how wolves ain't going to buy anyone and the club will get players and then you can sit there rubbing your hands together going we never seen that coming go read some articles when fosun took over go see 5 year plan year 2 nearly over so either get up this season or there 5 year plan takes 10 atleast they have ambition unlike most of you on here want to sit in the dark days this ain't morgan and his shabby outfit this is the new wolves who promise deccent players and deliver.

21.) 24 Jan 2018 13:17:11
Check your timelines bunnyboy.

22.) 24 Jan 2018 23:23:36
I did and the Express posted that story 3 hours before your 'update' today! Also you bang on about not being wrong (which is nonsense) but its pretty easy not being wrong when you don't actually commit to any details. your posts would make the News of the World look factually accurate!
You basically say 'we will/ or will not (delete as applicable) sign a player who plays some position but they are being difficult about there contract' that's not a statement of fact, its just uniformed waffle!
Take the recent post from the 'surealist':
"We have unrealistic offers on the table for players who won't sign for us"

I mean that's nothing but clueless nonsense. which players? Who won't sign? So I tell ya what while I 'check timelines' maybe you check your details! Sadly you can't because like the rest of us you haven't a clue which is why your on here! Which is fine by the way, so no need to pretend otherwise;)

23.) 25 Jan 2018 12:44:46
Bids are made to raise the profile of some of uncle Jorges clients.
Andre Silva prime example.
Nothing wrong with that by the way he's doing his best for his clients.
Bully everyone can have an opinion.
It's a rumour/ banter site
I rarely post unless I get snippets of info.
I'm certainly not a fantasist where wolves are concerned
haven't got carried away with the season
Haven't shouted from the rooftops
It's football it's can bite back
So until the next time back the boys
back Nuno Fosun et all
Wolves aye we.

24.) 25 Jan 2018 13:55:01
Your right realist, couldn't agree more everyone can have an opinion which is why a comment such as:
But you can't argue - is somewhat redundant!
I would also point out that the Silva bid never happened like most things it was only ever paper talk! I mean let's get real the club never made a genuine approach because buying a striker for £30m in the Champ would be nonsense (not to mention virtually impossible to get past FFP)! The lad moved to AC Milan for £30m odd just a few months back, do you REALLY believe that on an international forum a young emerging Milan talent needs a made up bids form Wolves to raise his profile?! Cause to be honest fella that is fantasist stuff! Its just that time of year were papers need to fill columns and for that anything will do.
Still as you say until next time, just so ya know whilst I appreciate your sentiment I really don't need to be instructed to 'back the boys' I've had a season ticket for over two decades! Wolves aye we indeed ;)

25.) 25 Jan 2018 15:06:08
Back the boys wasn’t directed at YOU but to one and all.
I am also a long standing season ticket holder of many years watching wolves at over 70 league ground plus in Europe.
This April marks the 50th anniversary of my first game.
Wolves aye we indeed 🎂🎉🍺.

12 Aug 2017 19:36:43
ooh me babies, I did say a lot be said how far we come on the derby game we are silky smooth worlds apart from last season. we are going to piss this league into the promise land. in nuno we trust.

The bull train

1.) 12 Aug 2017 20:47:07
Edwards and graham not on subs bench haven't got injuries.

2.) 12 Aug 2017 23:07:12
I was looking at former wolves players that scored for there present teams today Sam cokes 2 Stephen ward 1 mendes Laing 2 saville1 Sam winnell 1 Liam mcallindon 1.

3.) 13 Aug 2017 01:40:55
Just seen an obscene rumour on a transfer page on instagram 'confirming' that Cardiff have accepted a £16.5 million pound bid from Wolves for Kenneth Zohore?! 😂.

4.) 13 Aug 2017 09:45:30
Wolves r plotting to spend 20mill on 2 strikers Rhodes and oliveira but ffp rules r a problem but Nuno wants them.

5.) 13 Aug 2017 11:42:46
That was in paper this mornin.

6.) 13 Aug 2017 11:52:25
What I like is tht were scoring in play and not just from set pieces happy days.

7.) 13 Aug 2017 12:10:28
Daily mirror reporter Alex Richards claimed on his Twitter account that we are looking at nelson oliveira I think he would fit in pretty well with his Portuguese mates got a good scoring record at this level.

8.) 13 Aug 2017 15:24:42
According to all these rumours we are in for every striker that can score I see a problem and that is we really don't need to splash cash we are good enough to win this league and what we got is definitely good enough to get us out of here ok 3 games down 4 goals scored and let in none and come on against borough and derby surly 2 favourites to go up and derby looked original yesterday apart from coulpe of shots we completely dominated the game and they could not cope on to Tuesday it will be tough game at hull but if we are organised like yesterday another 3 points coming our way.

25 Jul 2017 12:51:02
Jota here on loan done and dusted just striker to go see if can do anything in front of goal tonight or be a rush to get some one I personally think we will finish top 2 this season some wise business going on loans with possible buys seems a lot more attractive.

The bull train

1.) 25 Jul 2017 13:38:42
How to get around FFP - loan them for a season and use the promotion money to buy them next summer.

Could Wolves trial a 433 with these three interchanging and leading the attack:

Cav - Jota - Costa

Saiss - Neves - Marshall

Douglas - Boly - Miranda - Doc

2.) 25 Jul 2017 17:42:01
That would never work with saiss in the middle he is a liability.
4-2-3-1 more likely.
Doc/ ayeh Miranda/ Batth/ hause boly doug
Neves. Price/ saiss/ coady/ aggressive midfielder
Costa jota cav
Dicko/ striker
3-4-3 will be found out we still don't have the sum of all parts for that system like Chelsea.

3.) 25 Jul 2017 20:27:47
I'd pick Graham over Cav every day of the week.

He's much the better player.

18 Jul 2017 09:58:24
So reading from miranda interview pre season is good and all working hard most been working together a month all getting used to playing 3.4.3 he also says the team are bonding well and we are lucky to have neveas and bolly I for one can't wait for this season to kick off just waiting to hear the next coulpe of signings through door and ready for a exciting season to kick off by all accounts 2 more players will sign in the next week.

12 Jul 2017 20:09:59
Afobe gone from 9-4 to 8-11 on the bookmaker's ain't usually wrong.

The bull train

{Ed047's Note - would you want him back, bookies are often wrong mate Ribery was odds on to join Liverpool FC few years back but it never happened.

1.) 12 Jul 2017 22:46:21
No. bad attitude and not the sort of player to play for the shirt!

2.) 12 Jul 2017 23:11:23
He didn't want to play for us when he was here. Please don't have him back. He left for a bigger brighter club lol.

3.) 12 Jul 2017 23:51:25
If we don't get big Vincent then I think afobe will set dicko going again don't get me wrong some of us fans haven't forgiven him yet but get him in gold and black and couple of goals we all be raving about him again as we all no that's how fickle football fans can be i'd be one of them as for the price either wolves fans been pumping loads on him as that's a hell of a price drop think he only evens to stay at Bournemouth.

4.) 13 Jul 2017 07:31:02
He won't drop a division. No way.

5.) 13 Jul 2017 10:57:47
All the bookies' odds tell you is that money is going on Afobe to come to us. People may be speculating in ignorance.

If I suddenly stuck a grand on Jesus Christ to return and play for Wolves, the bookies would quote odds. If someone stuck ten grand on, the odds would shorten.

6.) 13 Jul 2017 12:40:52
You are correct to a large extent throaty but anyone who thinks or believes the rumours to be rubbish can always put their money where their mouth is, ie evens to stay at Bournemouth, 18/ 1 Middlesbrough or 25/ 1 Sandwell Town.

7.) 13 Jul 2017 13:25:11
He isn't coming back it's more likly he would go to weat brom then us so let's move on and get someone that can goal.

8.) 13 Jul 2017 14:48:37
Let afobe sit on the bench were he is! Bring us abou.

30 Jan 2018 11:33:41
I for one can't wait for transfer deadline day should be a couple in the door and coulpe out the door, maybe going out the cup has helped we got time to relax and pick our targets. Now some of you think it be a crap day as you still read that rubbish paper that said wolves aren't going in to the transfer market. Funny go read it today wolves close to afobe deal ha ha ha clueless express and star.

The bull train

24 Jan 2018 15:21:29
Ok so some of you believe that express and star no everything that our club are doing your kidding your self's name a player they named other than on the day he signs for us then as I read nothing in there paper on neves jota boly bon or even ruddy so keep on believing what that rubbish paper writes you think foson or nuno has said to that bunch of journalists here is 3 players we want to sign go ruin it for us no they don't let them know until the player has come to sign on the day we got targets and we will get them so no I don't know anything i'm just reading articles and reading between the lines but that doesn't mean i'm a fake fan. last summer names were flying left right and centre from most of you but I never said rubbish about your posts being fake as for debbie mcgee a albion fan rubbish love been supporting my home town 40 years wolves loud and proud..

The bull train

1.) 24 Jan 2018 16:25:58
bull, could you please use some punctuation. It would make it a lot easier to understand what you are saying. Many thanks.

2.) 24 Jan 2018 19:10:54
Take the point re E&S being as much in the dark as you and I, especially as they have never let the truth get in the way of a good story and that goes for their journalism way beyond the sports pages.
This is the Banter Page and it is therefore fine for us to speculate or even hope that certain outcomes may actually come to pass. Passes the time in between actual arrivals, which usually take us all by surprise. Prefer it that way as those that do arrive don’t turn up with half the posters already declaring that their not what they want.
Don’t stop posting even if you don’t have insider knowledge, doesn’t stop the E&S.

Personally I’d like to see new right-sided wing back (loan if possible) as Doc is running on. empty, which is unsurprising given his work rate and matches played. Would also like a more attack minded CM and a Jack in the box CF. Would also hang fire on permanently signing loanees if deals already in place in principle. Good starts have to be sustained, that’s the nature of English leagues, they’re long and arduous.

3.) 24 Jan 2018 19:41:32
Wolverhampton is a City, not a town remember bull train! 👍.

4.) 24 Jan 2018 19:59:22
Wolverhampton is a city in name only.

5.) 24 Jan 2018 20:13:58
It’s a city, but we always go “up town”.

6.) 24 Jan 2018 22:13:27
We do in London aswell
Even though it's a city we still say up town.

7.) 25 Jan 2018 07:25:57
The internet and smart phones ruined what was a good paper (e&s) imo.
Never nothing about the bluenoses just wolves walsall villa and west brom.
When I was a kid when wolves were away my dad used to take us to watch walsall at the old ground fellows park.
Wolvo born&bred&proud.

8.) 25 Jan 2018 08:33:02
Bull train I don't think your a fake fan. thought after swansea game you was frustrated and peed off after digging deep as you put it travelling to swansea tgat is all. debbie mghee is an idiot and you are sound proper die hard loyal supporter and fan. 🔊🔊🔊👌🍺😀⚽️.

21 Jan 2018 09:17:42
So woke up took a look at some recent feedback hey don't have a go at me for us doing so rubbish the last 3 games hey when things are going bad ill be first to say my opinion but are you forgetting bull train said day 1 we will walk this league and we are just not a walk in the park I thought it would be but I've had a reality check just needed to check league last year and look at who run away leaders lost to its all good now rubbish we beat the leaders and we were 21st so doom and gloom gone really shouldn't be taking boys on sunny holiday should be on training ground working there arses off trying to sort out last defeat expected that after swans game but no some magic gone then look forward.

The bull train

1.) 21 Jan 2018 10:40:27
Personally, I totally agree with Nuno’s week break with the team. Team building is the backbone of all successful businesses. So what that it’s warmer in Spain. Where do you expect them to go to Iceland or Alaska. Have a good break, come back reinvigorated and let’s move forward. ⚽️😉👍.

2.) 21 Jan 2018 11:26:18
Yep get away get some sunshine reboot start again.

20 Jan 2018 19:11:43
So slate me but playing a second string squad against Swansea worked out well. for another rubbish performance today maybe some players used to playing our winter might help but still ahead 9 points ty Bristol city for the favour friday night so not that much of a slip still annoying losing like that tho some player's look like need a rest problem with that back up players.
