How about we sign Peter Crouch from Stoke if they go down. He has lots of Premier League experience and would be a good option for Plan B? What do we think?

Crouch might have been a good signing under Lambert for the Championship, but a year on, he wouldn't fit in Nuno's plans in the Prem.

I would keep Afobe over signing Crouch, if only because Afobe's game is still improving.

If we sign Afobe, I wonder how much game time he will get. I remember how little we saw of Ebanks-Blake after signing Fletcher. I am assuming we'll also sign a striker of proven quality, of course.
