Yamyams perfectly right for the last 25 years thanks to Sir Jack and Morgan we at least have had financial stability. For those of old enough to remember the dark days of the Bhatti brothers that's no small thing. I've got no strong feeling either way about Morgan. He made a lot of mistakes but at least in the end he had the good sense to stand back

If it was me picking the team i'd go for Price over Coady. I haven't been over impressed with Coady if I'm honest but give the kid a chance it's early days. I can't see why people can't see what Edwards brings to the team what with his late runs into the box he makes a lot of chances and creates space for other players. Under rated in my opinion mainly because what he does isn't flash. Think he was a square peg in a round hole out on the wing though

After Price's performance at Fulham, he has done more than enough to keep his place. To drop him for Coady would be simply unfair.

If all players r fit, keep the same team! If it's not broken why fix it!! Mighty Wolves 3 Huddersfield 1.

McDonald and Price, good to see the old formula working again :)

Definitely, Chasetown. Coady's a good player but no need to break a winning partnership.

Yeah Euroman, Coady just needs to calm down, I have always been a big fan. One day he will be the Wolves captain, ;)

Cont . And let Thelwell take over. Some saying Thelwell out?? Oh please! I doubt he has much say in financial matters and has to work alongside Jackett with a limited budget. With all the things going on in the background and the massive turnover in players under the circumstances the two of them have done a fantastic job. We were always bound to run into a bad patch sooner or later We shoudnt confuse a poorish start to the season with a general trend which since Jackett and Thelwell took over has been on the up and up. Let's hope last last night's result was a turning point. There have been quite a few teams I can remember most recently Reading who made a poor start but went on to win the title

And I think what one or two of forget is owners can't splash the cash like they used to, rules don't allow. Things are due to ease up in a couple of seasons but right now clubs are only allowed to overspend by six mill. Six mill ain't going to buy you a player as good as Sako not when you factor in wages

Although frustrated with Morgan for refusing to invest in experienced players, I'm happy he sorted the academy out and improved the ground, but do feel we are now in very choppy waters because we only need to look at other clubs for sale in the region and they have either been approached by faceless consortiums or Far East parties and that's the problem, because these interested parties don't care for tradition or history, just to have a football club on their cv & making profit.

the days of buying a football club and running it as a passion has sadly passed away with the late great sir jack (rip). now you buy a club as a going concern to make money and hope to get a good Return on your investment. so better the devil you know, I say Morgan had his faults but at least didn't try to bleed the club dry. he simply failed to invest in experience over youth.

Best case scenario there is already a buyer waiting in the wings the sale goes smoothly and there is fresh money for January. Worst case? This is Morgan acting on impulse yet again there's nothing lined up the club remains on sale for years just like it did for Sir Jack and just like it is for Villa Albion and Blues. I think anyone who buys a football club needs his head looking at. You're never going to keep everyone happy. Getting stick from fans goes with the territory. If that's the reason Morgan's packed it in then I'm glad he's gone. If you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen. The only thing that's certain is uncertainty. Wonder if some of those jumping up and down now will be quite so happy if the first thing the new owners do is sack Jackett

Like a lot of people I was really shocked when I got to the mol on Saturday and found out about Stearman. Thinking about though it shoudnt have been a surprise. Last year he was only given a two year deal so it should have been obvious that Jackett didn't see him staying long term. Edwards was only given a one year extention and its fair to assume that it's length of contract that's got McDonald unhappy. You can see why the clubs not keen on longer deals after the O'Hara and Johnson saga not to mention a couple of others Boukari and Sigurdarson who are still on the wage bill. Looking elsewhere at deals that went through 2 year deals are becoming more the norm in the championship. Only one championship club spent really big in this window Derby (net spend I'm talking about). If the figures quoted in the papers are true then they've driven a coach and horses through the fair play rules. They look as though they've spent around £12 mill . This season clubs are only allowed to overspend by £6 mill. Seems to me they are gambling on avoiding a transfer embargo by going up this year. Wolves are gambling everything on these kids coming good. Has Jackett got it right will these kids be good enough? Only time will tell us that.

And yet with better finishing Huddersfield could have gone in at half time with the lead. Iorfa got caught upfield a few a bit too often first half and most of their chances came from their left wing. When he goes forward things happen but I think he's got to be a bit more disciplined defensively. It was a good win but Huddersfield are not good team and a lot of our chances came from their poor defending. Next game up at Derby will see if we are true promotion material

You've not mentioned our biggest problem so far this season. Goalkeeping.
