What I said was that if we lost, we're in big trouble as they were poor last season and have hardly added any real quality players. We finished above them and we should be fine but if we lose, confidence will be low.

Luton will struggle this season and Edwards will most likely be sacked. Fosun will look to appoint him as he knows the club and us a cheap option.

Then again, we could trounce Everton and suddenly GON will be the flavour of the month again.

I do feel sorry for him as many fans were underwhelmed by his appointment (yourself included HalfTimePie).

I will give him 100% backing but at some point we need to win.

Gary has only been here for about 9 days. JL screwed us over by leaving 3 days before the season started. I don’t care about FFP or his excuses of being lied to. He had major backing in January and then like most so called high level managers he had a strop and decided that when the going gets tough then it’s time to walk away. GON talks sense and has a point to prove so let’s just keep the support. It’s frustrating and annoying to lose the first two games but hopefully things click soon and we get some points on the board. We expect to much right now as wolves fans but have to come back down to reality knowing that we are low on confidence and probably only will finish as high as 12-13th. I do hope that with the big boss watching today we can bring in a striker and defender before the window closes.

Vbwolf spot on again. Let's just breathe and take a look at the past, though the team may not have learned from playing Brighton last year. No one has ever been relegated after two games. Been a fan 52 years and even at our lowest ebb in the 80s we never got relegated after two games. Only major financial shenanigans lead to points deduction and it's unlikely Fosun are on that path. They aren't cowboys like previous owners may have been. So, two games in and a coach who has been in post less than a fortnight. Things change, today we moved off the bottom of the division without playing, things change. I sometimes think some of our supporters compares us with Man City and others who on their own, turn over hundreds of millions and win every game, even they get beaten occasionally. I don't think the team can be blamed if the system allows for no level playing field financially. However, we are not in that elite group so like most folks working to a budget you cut your cloth accordingly. That's life. Even yesterday there were some positives, against Manure there were positives, if after ten games we have not improved results wise then that's the time to look for a different approach.

My ‘here we go’ was a response to you saying if we lose at Everton, we will finish 20th and be relegated, and O’Neil sacked by Christmas- how do you know? My comment on his 40% win rate was on the BBC site, as I said at the time. So if it’s wrong, blame the Beeb not me. And getting back to copy and pasting, maybe I should copy and paste YOUR post, where you claimed the club own outright, the ground and stadium. As I said, maybe don’t know as much as you tend to think you do.
