Is it just me that thinks selling Jimenez could be a mistake as apparently Wolves will listen to offers for him.
One of the main problems with coming back from a long term injury isn't match fitness but more about timing and positional sense, but this steadily returns over time.
Add to this the problems that headband was causing for him trying to head the ball, now resolved I think and next season could see him back on song.
Or will he never be the same again?

He still has a part to play in my opinion, although he hasn't got the goals tally of previous seasons neither has anyone else which suggests the problem is in our play in the final third. Make chances for him and he will score. Form is changeable talent is permanent.

I would sell him. I try to be as positive as I can regarding our club and so this may seem a bit controversial but I will explain my reasons.

Jimenez will always be a legend at this club and his goal scoring feats cannot and should not be under estimated, however since his injury, he has not been the same player. Now we could simply hope that we give him a full pre season and hope that he comes back in August firing on all cylinders. BUT.his strength is holding up the ball, dragging defenders out of position and allowing our other players to get into goalscoring positions. This worked well when we had a fast and direct forward like Jota doing the running into the spaces. Neto could become that player but I think Jimenez is better suited to playing up front on his own with the wing backs chipping in with goals which this season simply hasn't happened.

I think Bruno wants to move to a 442 system moving forward which will mean that Jimenez will not be as effective. He is not a target man like a Harry Kane nor is he a second striker like Peter Beardsley was. I think Fabio Silva will come into his own next season playing along side another recognised striker. Our play has often been slow and laboured at times this season (especially the last 10 or so games). Bruno will change the entire ethos at the club and play 4 in midfield and 2 up front.

Wherever he ends up, I'll wish him well.

I think if jiminez neves anyone sold we will move on and be alright.
Surely if one or both go ready made replacements will be agreed before we sanction the sale (s)

Let's hope so Phil and some good points Jas. I suppose after a couple of years of being underwhelmed to some degree significant changes are inevitable. Firstly, the Coach now the players.

Loved Raul since he has been with, but the life threatening injury has changed as a player. Ferguson never had sentiment in football, unfortunately and unfairly it maybe time for Raul to go
