I am disappointed that he has signed for the Albion but you've got to be pragmatic. He has a career to think about and if he feels he is best off there, then that's his call.

There is very little loyalty in football and it works both ways - there are fans on here saying that various members of last seasons promotion winning squad aren't good enough for the Prem and need to be moved on because that's football. This is just the same thing from a players perspective.

If Sako had an offer from Wolves to return and turned us down for the Albion then fans might have a basis to criticise, but that wasn't the case.

I am sure he would have come back to Wolves if he was wanted good luck to him he did well for us and still has some seasons left in him.

Exactly Paul. The league is littered with ex-Wolves players. Hardly a team outside the top 6 that doesn't have one or hasn't recently had one. Our job is to beat them all.

I mostly want Sako to do well because he deserves more. He helped turn us around under Kenny before signing for a Premier club, playing out his contract even. Of he ever plays at the Mol I hope he gets a good reception.
