Been told that Wolves looked at Kevin Friesenbichler in the window but look to move for him in the summer.

I see he's on loan from Benfica, not very prolific. Hope we look for better in the summer. Next season will be a make or break for Lambert, he needs to stand his ground and make sure he brings players in he wants as failure will cost him his job. Hopefully he brings quality in and plays his strongest 11 week in week out not this stupid rotation system when the squad is nowhere near good enough to achieve promotion.

I'm sure Paul Lambert will take on those wise words, good to know your here to advise him PT.

Not sure why people get so vexed about rotation. Zenga did it to understand what he has been given.
Lambert does it so he can work out what is worth keeping for next season (not too much quality there Paul! ) .
This season is over, as long as we can avoid relegation.
The squad assembled in the last few years is good enough for Third Tier, no better.

We are 18th, we need quality at the Back, Middle and Front. Apart from that we will be contenders!
Lambert has now bought in 3 of his own (I include Costa) . So just 8+ needed!

Good enough to beat two prem teams but still working towards consistency.

Thats the dilemma guys Evans and Saville play well against Prem opposition but can't hack it in the Chump. Price can but won't hack it in the Orem. It's a conundrum alright.

The type of player we should look at in the summer is Jack Wiltshire. He is a class act who may not stay, probably won't at Bournemouth and could be sold by Arsenal. Could, that is, as they Arsenal are doing well without him.

I don't expect he would want to drop down a league and it would be a highly unlikely move for him to come to us. However, having seen him play several times this season there's no denying he's a class act. Just what we need in midfield. He's seems over his injuries. 👍⚽️😉 Wishful thinking by me I know. It's his level of skill we need amongst others.

The biggest letdown is Saiss and Oniangue. We all thought we wouldn't have to worry about the midfield again when they both arrived, yet we're STILL arguing about the old shitty players like Price, Evans and Saville. Really, really frustrating and always will be until a manager actually has the cahooners to bin them forever. Same goes for the pathetic Batth, Stears, Iorfa, Hause arguement we've been having every single week for the last 4 years. When will this change, ?

All the fans want is to go forward and see something new, yet all we ever get is reverting to type. Why can't managers see that half of out team are league one standard?

Here's a few for example: Batth, Stears, Iorfa, Hause, Coady, Saville, Price (take the goggles off Price fans), Edwards (disrupts everything we ever try to do), Mason, Bright. That's an entire team of league one players! If I can see it, why can't PL? It's a complete mystery to everybody why he feels the need to constantly back these second rate players. Maybe someone can explain?

Batth, Stearman and Edwards certainly did ok 2 years ago when we missed out on the play offs on goal difference. Did you moan about them then? Or were they good enough. I know what the club should do. They should give the manager £100m to spend because that's a guaranteed way to achieve success. Just ask Villa and QPR fans. Wavidsmith if it is that simple why do you not write directly to the club and work as an advisor. You clearly know what your talking about.

Agree entirely with PT we should play the best 11 as often as we can. Saville and Evans seem capable of playing above themselves for the special occasion and that's it, then they revert back to being poor players. These two cost us dearly at Burton as they were both very weak and we were left with nothing in midfield. No playmaker so only one option 'lump it'.

I hate the rotation system that does not allow time for any regular familiarity between the players, and often results in weaker teams, and as a result poor results alia 'Burton'

Why highly paid professional footballers are unable to play two games a week I really don't know. I remember when Wolves regularly played three games over the Easter period alone. I could name the team now that played in those games in the 60's, as the players simply roll off your tongue. The best players played in every game.

PL is doing great and my only criticism would be on the rotation system and the replacement of good players for bad ones.

Also on Prince and Saiss they are both good players in my opinion. Why let Prince go on loan and keep the other two donkeys I mentioned earlier. Seems crazy to me!

Being honest and when you look at our squad, as much that we love our team how many players would make it in premier league if we were to get promoted, not many if any, that's the sad conclusion I have come to and what's worrying although we have all this money with the Fosun group why do we give long term contracts to players such as Dicho, Edwards and Bathe etc.

As much as they have been good players for Wolves over the years, surely it's time to get better players in, well I would of expected better players, although the players mentioned are good players they need to be replaced now, enough is enough and it needs changing next year along with a lot more players not mentioned for we to improve, or we can stay were we are with the sort of players we have and finish around mid table but is that exceptable by Fosun only time will tell.

Can't quite get to grips whether Wavid believes himself or not. I bet he's one of those people who think Gerard and Lampard were terrible players.

A little smile came upon my face when i read wiltshire, too. Signing Lampard would have been a good idea last week.
