Tim Nash (on a well known social media site) has stated that Wolves have had a £1million offer accepted by Crewe for Luke Murphy. However a deal is far from done as other clubs are interested and could attempt to hijack the deal.

Sorry to be negative but is the Agent is touting him around alerting Championship sides we stand no chance

2.) 26 Jun 2013
Ignore Tim Nash. He has no connection to the club and knows nothing

Sorry to be a pain but does anybody know of any supporter clubs that go to games from the southwest

A car load of us go from Cheltenham.

5.) 26 Jun 2013
Yep, sure there is a Cornish Wolves supports club.

6.) 26 Jun 2013
Try torbay wolves pal

7.) 26 Jun 2013
He has no connection to the club? Haha

I don't know how many times Nash has been wrong. He claimed he played golf with Mick McCarthy, when I spoke to Mick he said it was false and Mick purposely avoided him. A certain paper he works for is a lying rag.

^is that you Tim?

So if murphy signs, nash is right? if he doesn't sign, nash is right? hmmm quality reporting

11.) 27 Jun 2013
Think read on tv they had agreed a fee and that had been confirmed with I think assistant manager or first team coach at Crewe. He is just waiting to agree personal terms think his agent will force him to wait and see what championship clubs are interested. If he hasn't signed tomorrow then doubt he will sign for us. Looks like a bright young talent hope we get him.

Wouldn't trust anything mccarthy said

13.) 27 Jun 2013
He's a journalist, what do people expect him to do.

Agree with the guy above. The point in being a journalist is to report what you hear and to back it up with evidence. This he has done by providing quotes from the assistant manager at Crewe. It's true that we have agreed a fee with Crewe but there's interest in clubs from the Championship and there's interest from Swansea apparently. So yeah, a deal is far from done because a bigger fish than us could come along. So yes, quality reporting. The man is doing his job.

Transfer speculation and reporting in journalism isn't about being right or wrong, it's about keeping people informed. I highly doubt Tim Nash writes things whilst thinking "I'd better say this as well otherwise people will say I'm wrong".
